The Lodge was in a lovely quiet location, but not too far from St Clears and other towns. The lodge itself was basic but spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub, surrounded by tranquil woodland! We had a small issue with the bathroom but the maintenance guy came around immediately and addressed the issue promptly. Communication with the owners was excellent.
Nicer outdoor furniture and deco (lights etc) would have improved our stay.

We had great communication from the hosts and we found our lodge with no problems. The heating and hot tub were ready us and it was decorated perfectly as requested. Beautiful lodge and it had everything we needed. Just remember to bring your toiletries and extra toilet paper if a bigger group. We were reminded but still forgot. The location was down beautiful country lanes and we had everything we needed surrounded nearby. 10/10
Honestly there wasn't anything to dislike. The rules were clear and straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. Beautiful place

The location was nice, peaceful etc.
Rather bizzarre checking in experience luckily another guest helped us, the office was closed, no one answered the door at the lodge which a note suggested, and the phone number given didn't work. No towels, yes you can hire them but towels imo are pretty basic. No wifi, ancient DVD player. There was also no washing machine or drier, not the best for a place billed as a family holiday destination.
