Beautiful, romantic lodge in the snow, with beautiful views. You don't need anything else :)

We had great communication from the hosts and we found our lodge with no problems. The heating and hot tub were ready us and it was decorated perfectly as requested. Beautiful lodge and it had everything we needed. Just remember to bring your toiletries and extra toilet paper if a bigger group. We were reminded but still forgot. The location was down beautiful country lanes and we had everything we needed surrounded nearby. 10/10

Honestly there wasn't anything to dislike. The rules were clear and straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. Beautiful place

Location is great as was the hot tub. Also, the lodge itself and its surroundings were good to.

Stayed in Shrew Lodge. One of the mattresses was thinner than the other so not everyone had a comfortable night's sleep.

Hot tub ..good size rooms..clean..

Needed updating..lights not working..knobs coming off draws...didnt have towels ..apparently run out??had waiit till next day..no shop or pub nearby..

I had a lovely experience just wish the weather was better

I liked how big the cabin was inside. The facilities were great. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was clean. I enjoyed the walk around the area and using the hot tub.

It had rain majority of time we was there so we didn’t to explore around as much as we wanted to and only got to use the hot tub because of the weather. the rain was really loud at night and you could hear dripping from the outside. we had no wifi. We found it weird how there was no one around when you check in and just had to follow instructions on what to do.

The location was nice, peaceful etc.

Rather bizzarre checking in experience luckily another guest helped us, the office was closed, no one answered the door at the lodge which a note suggested, and the phone number given didn't work. No towels, yes you can hire them but towels imo are pretty basic. No wifi, ancient DVD player. There was also no washing machine or drier, not the best for a place billed as a family holiday destination.
