Snowdrop 9 Hot Tub-Woodlandlodges-Pembrokeshire

Love the private hot tub and how relaxing and quiet it is.

The location was perfect for our needs. The lodges are fairly private. Ample parking next to your lodge. The oven was clean, always a bonus.

The sofas and beds were tired/poor quality. The beds only had one sheet on the mattress, no mattress protector or other layer. Poor lighting in the bedrooms is not helpful for trying to sort clothes or contact lenses. The furniture in general appeared tired. The shower tiles were disgusting. A good scrub of the grout had not been attempted (pictures to support this). The oven dials were guess work as they had worn off (photo below). The toaster only worked if you switched on the cooker switch (poor wiring). The dust on the window ledge was deep enough to write your name in it. The hot tub was ready to use, but the smell of chloroamines indicated high dosing. If the water had been changed this would not be necessary. Again old and tired. Especially the cover not having a metal frame to give ease of use. As someone who understands water chemistry this appeared odd. Ditch the feathers and grubby looking faux fur cushions on the bed in the main bedroom . I think if they were swabbed you might find a high bacterial count.

Clean and very comfortable

Very quiet

Peaceful location set in beautiful woodland. Hot tub ready on arrival no hassle straight into your lodge. Nice spacious lodge inside with everything you need for your stay.

Just needed updating the outdoor furniture a table would be nice too.
