Lacks amenities, very secluded, poor service, not worth price.

Nice pool, pretty and picturesque.

We arrived and the staff weren’t very accommodating, confused about our booking and had to call someone else. We felt like we were intruding someone’s house, so we didn’t feel super comfortable. It was in the middle of no where and even our grab driver was unsure about it. We couldnt walk to anywhere for dinner or shops. There were no restaurants near by and the “shared kitchen” was a small gas cooker, very dirty. The breakfast was below average. It says there is a bar but there is no bar at all…. Just a fridge with fizzy and beer…The roosters were going off from 4:30am so we didn’t sleep well at all. Very disappointed that we paid more for this villa than a great hotel with a delicious breakfast, proper service, restaurants nearby.. We ended up leaving and paying for another accommodation elsewhere in central Ubud which we absolutely loved.

Dream, relax, feel like paradise🙏🙏🙏

There are no words to describe this wonderful villas in Ubud. From the very first moment the staff and the owner made us feel comfortable and welcome in their beautiful propriety. The pool and common area are just amazing, so chilling and relaxing… To don’t talk about the room, absolutely perfect. Clean , modern and with all the traditional Balinese feature . Bed also was extremely comfortable. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone who would like to visit. There are 4 villas , only 2 were occupied. If comes with group of friends or families, can rent the all place having then a private pool 😊

Good stay

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were lovely and clean. The manager made us aware of all the facilities and how everything works and added some nice touches to the room for us. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had a massage which was lovely. The pool area is very nice, however the sunbeds are basically in the shade all day. The breakfast was decent, considering it is a free breakfast. The only faults during our stay was that the water dispenser wasn’t refilled for the whole duration of our stay. The WiFi didn’t work for the whole time we were there. Our door was broke and off the hinges which left a big gap for someone to get through even when the door is locked. The resort is also right next to a chicken farm and they are so loud all night and day which makes it hard to sleep and relax. Nevertheless, we had a seamless stay and a great time in Ubud.

Quaint villa just outside Ubud....

The pool was amazing, definitely the high light of staying here, rooms were lovely, if you are looking at staying here, rather than it being a standard villa, it is 4 large separate bedrooms ensuite, facing the pool, no living area beside the bedrooms, that is separate, don't let that put you off, it's different but also lovely. Putu is very helpful, breakfast was lovely, we also got laundry done very reasonably priced, it is a bit outside main Ubud town, not walking distance, so looking at taxi €4-6, or hiring scooters. In Bali download the Grab app for taxi and food delivery to the villa, very handy and great if relaxing around the villa.... the villa has a little fridge bar beside the pool and prices very good too, the villa is down very narrow roads but this seems to be the norm here.... definitely recommend for any groups .... Not really suitable for families with small children due to the way the bedrooms are set up...

Spacious Private Villas, Good Facilities!

Spacious bedrooms and villa area. Kitchen and minibar facilities were perfect for us. Located in a quiet area away from the crowd of Ubud Center.

Television didn't work well in some rooms. Cleanliness of some area (such as the pantry at the back of the room and the shower room) can be better. Some of towels didn't smell good.

A lovely quiet stay

It was a great space with a lovely pool and beautiful gardens.the villas were comfortable and spacious. Putu was available for assistance and organised us transport and massages. She greeted us on arrival and came to say bye at checkout. She even cooked us an early breakfast as we had an early start for a cooking class. Good value.

A few things weren't quite clean enough on arrival, but it was all seen to and cleaned before we settled. Just a minor oversite which didn't affect our stay. A little out of the way in Ubud and terrific is crazy, so it takes a while to get into the centre of Ubud.

Están and Put are the perfect host, they was really nice with us, the place is amazing in the middle of the jungle but only one step away from central Ubud, I really recommend this accomodation and I really hope to be back there soon

Beautiful setting. The villa rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and all amenities were available.

It is only a minor issue but having some cushions or more comfortable seating for family gatherings and hanging by the pool would be nice.

exceed our expectation

We liked that this property was out of the busy central part of Ubud. We rented a scooter for two days from the property to get around- this was quick and easy to do so. Location and property was really nice and quiet which was just what we were looking for. Didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked great. Breakfast was also simple but nice. We booked a rafting tour so were leaving early one morning and they had breakfast ready for us at 7:30am just like we asked. Really appreciated the effort. Many thanks :)

Comoda a tutto.

La titolare Puspa gentilissima. Piscina comoda per il relax del pomeriggio. Affittano gli scooter a 100k al giorno(5€). In 10min di scooter si è in centro. Discreta la colazione. Comodi i letti. Consigliata se non si cerca il casino del centro città.

Putroppo i vicini hanno galli che tutta la notte cantano...danno veramente fastidio. Peccato perché essendo la struttura lontano dalla strada principale poteva essere relax.

Bel établissement et idéalement situé dans Ubud

L'accueil de la propriétaire, nous avons pu louer un scooter sur place à bas prix. La literie est confortable et la clim fonctionnait parfaitement. La maison propose des activités en collaboration et des massages. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

Il y a eu quelques coupures d'électricité, une soirée où la piscine était inutilisable. Notre douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Notre maisonnette se trouvait à côté du poulailler voisin (mais n'est pas la faute de la propriétaire).

Ruime kamer met een grote badkamer met regendouche. Mooi zwembad en we hebben een heerlijke Balinese massage gehad van Putu. Rustig gelegen en wat verder weg van de openbare weg. Wat voor ons prima was.

Het was een mooie accommodatie maar er zijn wat verbeterpunten.

Het was ontzettend vriendelijk personeel die alles voor je willen doen. Je hebt veel ruimte en er is een groot zwembad. De gastvrouw doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken.

Elke dag word je vroeg gewekt door verschillende hanen van de buren. In huisje 1 en 4 is er een vochtprobleem en waren de muren beschimmeld. Hierdoor rook het er niet fris.

L’hôte Putu a été d’une extrême gentillesse et très serviable. Elle nous a fait partager sa culture en participant à une cérémonie balinaise dans un temple en nous prêtant les tenues traditionnels à mon mari et moi. La propreté de la piscine, le confort du lit et l’accueil de l’hôte sont à souligner ! nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Un séjour enchanteur dans un havre de paix balinais alliant confort moderne et architecture traditionnelle.

Le cadre est absolument magnifique avec sa piscine entourée de végétation tropicale luxuriante. Les villas sont élégantes et confortables, parfaitement intégrées dans l’environnement balinais. L’ambiance est très détendue et paisible, idéale pour des vacances reposantes. Le personnel est attentionné et l’architecture traditionnelle ajoute beaucoup de charme à l’ensemble.

Elle proposes le petit déjeuner sur place et dans la piscine ❤️, les prix du petit-déjeuner sont un peu élevés par rapport aux options disponibles aux alentours, mais très bon et copieux.
