We loved every part of it - the staff was so welcoming and friendly!
The complementary cake was delicious.
The surprise candlelight dinner decoration was spotless. The host and chef were very caring.
The restaurant staff was so helpful. The complementary afternoon bites and drinks were a nice touch!
And we used the complementary jacuzzi and sauna too :)
The spa staff was also great.
Everyone we interacted with during our stay was lovely. The property is beautiful, thoughtful and spotless.
the last 100m to the resort was broken road.

This hotel is amazing. Away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud ( a short taxi away) you can totally switch off and relax. It’s not a large hotel which is nice.
The facilities are spotless! The staff ensure the hotel is cleaned to a high standard.
The staff are polite and welcoming , nothing is too much trouble. The manager Dewa, is friendly and approachable, and honestly can not do enough. Also special mention for Listya who was so welcoming and lovely to chat to.
The rooms are spacious and furnished to a high standard.
The Spa, well it’s amazing! We visited twice for massages, they were excellent. The facilities are great with a sauna and whirl pool, treatments are reasonably priced. They also have a gym.
We ate at the hotel , having breakfast every day which was lovely and lots of choice. We had some evening meals and lunches which were all great.
Taxis are easy to get from either the hotel or the Grab APP.

It was our first time in Bali. We went to Ubud. Staying at this Resort was the best decision. The staff were incredible hospitable. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The place was clean. They also have amazing breakfast menu and also great selection for lunch/dinner. We can’t praise this place enough. We highly recommend this resort to everyone. If we are ever back, this is where we will be staying.
