Villa Mirah Ubud

The property was exactly as advertised, it was clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Staff were so nice and helpful. You need them anytime of the day or night, they are available to help and ready to sort your issue. It was short walk to the main lobby but they need only a message and few minutes to send you buggy for a small ride.

Few things I would like to tell, so many ants and mosquitoes inside the property and outside. Outside I understand but inside the property so annoying, but we were given mosquitoes spray and staff came and spray ant spray but they were still there. Air cons need to be changed or serviced. After running for few hours they are slow or don’t know what happens, we felt warm all nights. And no Air con in living area. Fan doesn’t do anything when it’s really hot. No iron is provided. I think it’s normal in Bali. I stayed in two locations no one provides iron. Overall it was good stay.

The property was beautiful and very peaceful. It was not far from any of the major tourist attractions. Love the staff and their breakfast.

More towels, but minor issue having kids. Staff very accommodating with pool towels, thank you! Perhaps bigger pots/pans? Couldn't cook own food to feed 4 with the utensils provided

We had an amazing stay! The villa offered exactly what we wanted, peace and quiet away from the city. The staff were friendly and very responsive. The floating breakfast in the private pool was beautifully served, and both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, perfect for four people. It was great value for money. We also enjoyed a relaxing in-room Balinese massage, and the smart TVs in both rooms worked perfectly with all apps available.

We had a few encounters with insects and small animals around the villa. Since the kitchen and dining areas are open to the jungle, we occasionally saw frogs, a lizard, and some caterpillars near the pool at night. The staff responded quickly each time and removed them within minutes. Some pest control could help, especially for families with kids, though this seems common in such natural surroundings.

Peaceful location.. nice food.. Great staff .. Beautiful surroundings.. Listening to nature.. Watching the fire flies 🙏🧘‍♀️

The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout the stay. We had great food at the restaurant. The rooms in the family suit are a decent size with a TV in every room.

There are no places that are walking distance from the hotel. You need to use a car or motorcycle to access places in Ubud. Hotel staff can support with transportation services.

The most amazing people I have met are the Balinese people. From the very beginning of our stay, we were surrounded by warmth, kindness, and hospitality that made the entire experience unforgettable. The service we received at the villa was truly outclass and went beyond anything we could have imagined. Tika and Yani, along with every single staff member working at the villa, were simply incredible. From the welcoming smiles at the help desk, to the kitchen staff who prepared meals with so much care, to the cleaning team who ensured everything was always spotless, every detail of service was delivered with love and professionalism. No request was ever too big or too small, and every interaction was met with patience, generosity, and sincerity. What truly stood out was the way the staff made us feel so special and valued. Even the tiniest gestures — a thoughtful smile, a kind word, a willingness to go the extra mile — created a sense of comfort and belonging that made our villa feel like a second home. It is often said that people may forget what you say, but they will never forget how you made them feel. This couldn’t be truer of our time here. The Balinese people have a unique ability to make you feel cared for, and that is something rare and precious. When surrounded by such kindness, you don’t notice tiny flaws, because the heart of the experience is so rich. We left feeling grateful, relaxed, and incredibly lucky to have shared time with such beautiful souls. We will let all our friends know about this villa and the amazing team that made our stay so memorable. Without a doubt, we will be back again, because this was far more than a holiday — it was a truly special experience.
