The staff was amazing and so welcoming. They made our experience truly unique. The room was excellent and the view breathtaking. We would recommend it to everyone.

The staff was really nice and friendly, which made my stay even better. They were always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. One of the best parts of my trip was having Era as our driver. He took us to see the beautiful sights of Bali and was so friendly and welcoming. He made sure we were comfortable and happy during our adventures. Every time we booked a trip, the staff made sure to pack us breakfast to take along, which was really helpful. They even saved us some food for when we arrived late at the hotel on the day we checked in.

Such an amazing hotel with really good facilities, very friendly environment. Aris the manager from reception was really good with us help us with all our things that we asked for our honeymoon ! Such a professional guy ! We will have a great time and we suggest to do your honeymoon or anniversary there!

This place is magical! Stuff friendly and food delicious! Definitely, I can recommend this place to others! They are thinking about all the details of your stay! I get there for my 10-year anniversary and all the time we were getting some treats because of that -it was so cute!

Everything was perfect. The activities offered were really good. Staff were extremely courteous and attentive. Amazing spa services.

Complete peace and tranquility. Everything you could ever need is right here to unwind and relax. The kindest and friendliest staff who are all so helpful and always smiling.

Location is a little further away from the centre of Ubud so most shopping and activities are not walkable. However, there is a shuttle service into town.

Wow! We were indecisive between this and another hotel but staying at Wakanda was the best decision we could make. The service is outstanding, we loved how smiley and helpful the staff is! The rooms feel luxurious and so silent. Even though there were more guests, we felt like we were almost the only ones because of the peace and silence and how easy it is to find a spot in every area and activity of the hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer. We received the best massage we have had ever at their spa (which has incredible facilities, products and very experienced staff). This is a hotel 100% made for relaxing and enjoying nature and Balinese life. Being a bit further away from Ubud Center it provides the peaceful environment and nature we were looking for. Plus, they offer shuttle service to Ubud Center (at specific times). Suksma, Wakanda team, for the best and warmest Balinese experience!

Everything was absolutely PERFECT! I honestly don’t even know where to start - this hotel is just incredible! The rooms, the views, the food, the activities, the pool… everything was amazing. But what truly makes this place special is the staff. Every single person here is so kind, professional, and genuinely warm. They make you feel not just welcome, but truly seen and cared for. A very special thank you to Sumer, who personally took care of my requests and made sure everything was handled perfectly. And to everyone else - I wish I could mention all your names, because each and every one of you deserves to be recognized. The food was also fantastic - there wasn’t a single dish I didn’t enjoy (and the lava cake was absolutely out of this world!). We had nothing to complain about - not even the smallest thing. I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt this sad leaving a hotel. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything! Jennifer

It was an amazing Resort. With a beautiful view and room. All is clean & and the rize fields is beautiful You have to go there to realize, it’s the heaven on earth. Moreover, we can do a traditional photoshooting, the team of photographers is professional and the photos are amazing! At the end, Thanks to all the staff, they are professionals and kindly! Big up to ARIS & DEK ABI Best staff ever ❤️

Very romantic get away, particularly with the padi rooms with their views and private pool. Showering and having the restroom/tub outside was fun as well. food onsite was fantastic! staff was exceptional. Massages average.

The location is a bit remote and the only thing within walking distance, meaning within 30 minutes, is the waterfall, laundry and mini mart. Everything else requires grab or shuttle.

Everything was perfect. Anything we wanted was done, they never said no to any of our requests. The team is exceptional. Everybody, from the maintenance team to the manager Tagel ensured our stay was perfect. The breakfast was the best we had at any hotel. It was very varied (I think around 15 choices of main dishes) and the portions were so big that most days we did not eat lunch. The a la carte dinner menu was also exceptional. Varied, very tasty and in a great atmosphere! The gym is well equipped, I was able to do basic training. The pool and gardens are very clean and quiet. Also, there are not many guests so everybody has their intimacy. My wife treated herself to a 90 minute massage, which again was very nice.

It is a little out of the way but that made it special- the calm and serenity of the surroundings. Breakfast and all meals were good. Staff service and friendliness exceeded our expectations. Chef Agung's cooking class was brilliant. Sumer and the team at reception were so accomodating . And the dining staff with Pak Su went over and beyond to make our stay truly memorable .

We loved the remote location, we stayed in villa 4 -30min from city centre Food was delicious a la carte breakfast so no wastage- dinner set menu we ate one night and watched the performance dancers x2 and musicians x6(I think) Beautiful view of paddy rice field’s Loved the big bath We used the bikes and did a ride to the waterfall one morning-easy enough ride there and back Gym is small, clean & has enough for a workout -windows open & fan, no A/C.

Gorgeous rooms, this place is a dream. Beautiful scenery. In the middle of rice fields. Amazing place.

Away from the centre of Ubud (where everything is basically). Very heavy traffic, each trip took us 1 hr.

The property is amazing, it exceeded our expectations. The place was so relaxing, clean and quiet. The views were amazing as well.

Facilities, view, and friendly staff.

We can't put into words how much of an amazing time we had at the Wakanada. We're not usually hotel/resort people, so everything to us was 10/10 excellent and exceptional! The location is in a very secluded, quiet area which was a very much needed break from our non-stop, hectic travel around SEA. To us, it was breathtaking, especially the view from the pool! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and they always had a smile on their faces. Whatever you needed, they were happy to help. Special shoutout to Jared/Jered (sorry can't remember how to spell your name!), he was always made sure we had everything we needed and was great to chat to. The food was great and they had a lot of options to choose from and reasonably priced for a hotel! We loved how you could also have breakfast delivered to your room (we didn't try this, but it was an option). The afternoon tea was a nice touch with Indonesian cakes and pastries. Extras we paid for: - Floating Breakfast: Only 100k extra as it's the breakfast that's included with your stay just presented and eaten by the pool. - Photoshoot: We 100% recommend doing the photoshoot, it is well worth the money. We got some excellent shots of us around the property! - Massage: 100% recommend too.

A gorgeous setting. Beautiful room. Food was excellent and service outstanding. The staff were so attentive. Pool area was blissful. The gym was great. We even took a tour to the waterfall by bicycle which was super. We really didn’t want to leave.

We had an amazing experience at The Wakanda Resort. The staff were very friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The room was super nice, as were the pool and the entire hotel. I loved the location in the rice fields; pool was nice; my room was very comfortable and clean and luxurious; balcony was nice for relaxing and reading; restaurant setting & view were great. Staff was very friendly. Good value for money.

The food was a bit meh. Probably just personal preference though. The restaurant staff was great though - super nice and friendly! AC for the gym would be nice. After my run I was so sweaty I looked like I’d jumped in the pool.

The space was very nice and full of nature. Padi room was nice and intimate for a honeymoon couple.

Swimming cool was cold so unfortunately we couldn’t swim.

Loved the pool, pool staff and room. We enjoyed the spa and had massages Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We ordered our dinner first and waited for an hour for our starters when everyone else had their food after us. We had to ask for cutlery, menus, for our plates to be cleared. Would be better for the resort to put an overall service charge on your bill rather than charge you for each individual purchase I.e room service, spa, spa again, laundry etc
