I had an amazing experience. Love the overall look and presentation of the hotel. Staff super friendly. Went with a family of 5, we stayed for 4 days and we wish we stayed longer. We took advantage of the shuttle bus to Ubud. Went to the monkey forest, the temple, the market and a bunch of restaurants in between. Definitely a great experience. Better than Kuta in my experience. Oh! And bring bug spray for the mosquitos.

Friendly staff and free transportation to Ubud. Very reasonable transportation to and from the airport. Food was cooked to order and excellent.
