It was our second time. I don't know if the ownership was changed or the management but it was like a different place. Very mild welcoming, girls barely speak English and almost no answer to some questions. They definitely look like they don't care whatever been asked. No apologies for anything, no friendly and polite suggestions after they tell that we can't have a free breakfast or something. The girl at the reception had barely mild welcoming energy and we totally didn't feel welcome. Booked deluxe room because of the bathtub and they prepared a villa for us without talking to us prior to our arrival and then we had to wait for the deluxe room to be ready for us after I said the bathtub was important. After asking about the brekky, wasn't trying to be polite at all and explain us a few details properly. If ordered something from outside the resort, you have to go to the security post, no way the delivery can get past it or they would deliver it to us. The cart wasn't available. We saw maybe just a few other guests around. The place was definitely not very busy. At the check out the only thing guy did was to make sure we paid for our dinner. No thank you for coming, nothing like we hope you enjoyed your stay, any compliments or complaints...nope. didn't even say goodbye to us Definitely not going back there
