The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room looks exactly like in the pictures; spacious and clean. The amenities in the room? So though. I honestly also appreciated that I got 4 bottles of water a day, so less stress about Bali belly. I wish I had more days here because I never got to experience it fully as I spent my two days out. I’ll give them 11/10! I’ll definitely be staying here next time I come to Bali

Beautiful villa with nice views.
Breakfast and food was below average. Staff forgot to give us our coffee at breakfast and breakfast and restaurant items weren’t very tasty. We had 4 breakfasts included in our stay but only ate there 2 times and decided to eat breakfast out because of the low quality. Room service food was also not great; we didn’t eat in as often as we wanted because of the low quality of the food.
