Friendliness of the crew, very cheerful & helpful…
First of all restaurant was too overpriced for the taste & serving of the f & b
Breakfast was so so, because the property was great sometimes youre expecting lil more with the restaurant itself,
Cleanliness was ok but could be more room for improvement especially at the blindspots such as behind the sidetables you can see dust buildups, underneath the bed, and behind the bathtub, just needs more attention to details
The sink & toilet bit clogging ( slow ) but thats Bali & Indonesia in general

The property was surrounded with greenery and very close to the zoo. The room was comfortable clean and with a good view. Food was good too.

The room and cleanliness.
Free zoo entrance
The staff takes time to answer the phone and not very supportive.
The breakfast did not have a generous variety of options and the bakery wasn't fresh.
The shower room leaks water to the outside.
