The room is spacious and clean! One thing that stands out for me is the staff remember your name, that is really an effort to remember everyone who checks in the hotel. Plus point for being next to the zoo and the unlimited zoo entries! My boy enjoys them. The facilities are great and well maintained and since it is low density, it is less crowded in the pool. Also, during breakfast you get to see the cassowary. Overall its very family friendly. Will definitely repeat this hotel in the future.
Water in the toilet does not seem to drain well and our aircond is a bit noisy that I didnt get enough sleep the first night. Breakfast has limited variety.

The staffs’ hospitality were impeccable! Made us feel very welcomed. Bonus was the novelty of being so near the zoo! My kids love it so much!

Beautiful property with great access to Bali Zoo.
No complaints. Is a bit hilly for anyone mobility impaired.

The room and cleanliness.
Free zoo entrance
The staff takes time to answer the phone and not very supportive.
The breakfast did not have a generous variety of options and the bakery wasn't fresh.
The shower room leaks water to the outside.
