The location is beautiful, the staff was very friendly, and the facilities were great
The key we received had a crack on it, we didn’t think anything of it. But when it finally broke they tried to initially charge us for the broken key. Things did get sorted out, but it was a little bit shocking that they would think to try to charge us for the key.

- the view is truly amazing!
- the food from the restaurant was delicious
- the hotel is bit far from the center of Ubud but you easily find drivers in grab
- the room and balcony are pretty big
- the staff would delivery the food in our room without extra charge! That was really nice because we could have our meals in the room.
- The toilet pipes were very clogged, and when other rooms flushed the water, the water in our toilet would rise…
- the staff was really really loud … we would wake up at 7 am every day because of them. They should respect more their guests on this sense.
- the swimming pool only has 2 beds for more than 6 rooms… and they are always in the shade without possibility to move them to be in the sun. A bit weird

Everything on the property was topnotch. The service , the staff , the vibe everything was just beyond expected. The villas has a huge pool overlooking the forest. Beautiful birds chirping and pleasant breeze blowing as you swim. The staff is always present when u need them. The food is amazing. We will visit again.
