Bardzo miła obsługa, personel 11 na 10. Zaciszny hotel z dala od zgiełku, klimatyczny i zadbany. Piękna roślinność wokół. Nienaganna czystość. Jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji bardzo dobre i pięknie podane, obsługa przemiła. Polecam Pana Widnyana, który zawsze witał nas uśmiechem i służył nam pomocą. Szkoda było wyjeżdżać z tego hotelu :)

This villa has been a home away from home. Very kind staff members. Each of them is very caring and pays attention to all my needs. I recommend this if you need tranquility and want to be in nature. I booked a villa with free breakfast and afternoon tea. This really helped since there breakfast was always filling and helped me take on my day. They cleaned the rooms daily, and also do laundry. The price is fair and especially for the level of service they provide. It is also in nature so there is no traffic noise, just birds. Ditha and Anta were very helpful at the front desk and helping with all my needs. Surya, Bodi, and Okis also made my stay more wonderful with their bed decorations. I thought the decorations were creative and very cute!! Thank you to all the staff members here; front desk, house keeping, kitchen staff, laundry crew, and security! All of you have been wonderful to me and I am looking forward to my next stay here. 💕💕💕

For the most tranquil, comfortable and rejuvenating stay I highly recommend this villa. The staff are so incredibly friendly that even as a solo traveller, you hardly feel alone at all. Honestly I didn’t want to leave the villa as it was so relaxing and calm ~ and if you do venture into town, you’ll be grateful to come back to the lush, peaceful surrounds where the air feels so clean and nature is thriving. The room was so clean, liveable and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Zero musty smell anywhere on the premises and they even offer a complimentary photo session which is really fun. Their restaurant serves delicious fresh food and great coffee. They offer a beautifully presented afternoon tea which makes your stay a little extra special. I also recommend the well was services, the massage therapist is very skilled ✨ Everything is done really mindfully and you can really feel the love from the team and the villa surrounds

The hotel area with the pool overlooking the jungle the wooden bungalows makes it like a very authentic Ubud experience.

The staff is very kind and friendly. However, the staff isn’t very proactive. There is no one checking on the guests at the pool making sure everyone has something to drink, a towel and feels comfortable. When ordering food or drinks to the pool / room no one proactively comes to pick up the dishes.
