Villa Taman Kanti

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie! Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Taman Kanti verbracht und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Schon vor unserer Anreise war der Service außergewöhnlich. Das Team hat sich um sämtliche Arrangements gekümmert – vom Transfer über den Einkauf frischer Früchte bis hin zur Beantwortung aller Fragen. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Urlaub von Anfang an entspannt genießen. Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön gestaltet und bietet unglaublich viel Platz. Der große Pool war das absolute Highlight für unsere Familie, und auch der gepflegte, weitläufige Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für perfekte Erholung, gleichzeitig erreicht man Ubud in etwa 30 Minuten und kann von dort aus zahlreiche Ausflüge und Unternehmungen starten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das herzliche und engagierte Team. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen hervorragend, der Kaffee ausgezeichnet und auf Wunsch wurden köstliche balinesische Mittags- und Abendessen zubereitet. Hinzu kamen die tägliche Reinigung aller Bereiche, frische Bettwäsche, ein zuverlässiger Wäscheservice und die spürbare Bereitschaft, jeden Wunsch nach Möglichkeit zu erfüllen. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Massagen direkt in der Villa. In der entspannten Atmosphäre der Unterkunft konnten wir uns verwöhnen lassen und die Auszeit in vollen Zügen genießen – ein perfekter Luxus, der unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Und natürlich dürfen wir Zelda nicht vergessen – der liebenswerte Haushund hat unsere Herzen im Sturm erobert und unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team der Villa Taman Kanti für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

Nichts

Nadat we hier vorig jaar een fantastische tijd hebben gehad, besloten we dit jaar terug te gaan. Ons verblijf was wederom heerlijk! Het personeel en Putu zijn werkelijk fantastisch en doen er alles aan om hun gasten te faciliteren. Ze zijn enorm behulpzaam en regelen alles voor je. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en op aanvraag kun je er heerlijk lunchen en dineren. Kortom als wij nog een keer naar Bali komen, zullen wij zeker weer hier verblijven!

Mooi zwembad en fantastisch personeel. Heel attent & hulpvaardig!

Locatie vind ik ‘s avonds wat eng om te lopen met de honden, maar ben ook vrij bang aangelegd.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Komang and Wayang. They helped make our breakfast, helped us when we were cooking our Christmas meal and had to help clean the Vila and help us with the pests in the Vila. The staff were trying their best to make our stay comfortable but due to the bad management of the Vila and lack of pest control in the Vila the staff were troubled.

The Vila cleanliness was very very poor...cobwebs, dust, lizard poo on the shelves and cupboards. The pool was never cleaned and dead insects and leaves were in the pool from Day 1 of our trip till the end. Maintenance of the external facilities were also poor. No pest control...as it was the monsoon season pests are common but the Vila had not done any pest control and the amount of wildlife and pests that entered the Vila was unacceptable. We had lizards, tokets, insects, rats all over the Vila not just outdoors. Each time we encountered a pest we had to shout for a staff to help us. The Vila has a cat and dog and we are not comfortable with them coming into our vila and they said they will keep it away in the staff area but on many occasions both the dog and cat would enter our Vila. The Vila staff would come set up for breakfast and then disappear and then appear to serve breakfast and then disappear again. Everytime i needed the staff i would have to msg the manager Putu or Kadek which was troublesome. The agreement is we are are supposed to have staff in the Vila throughout the day but until i made a fuss about the staff not being around the first 3 days we did not have the staff all day and i had to keep msging for the staff. The way the Vila was managed and run was very poor. Overall, though the facilities are there, the mismanagement and poor cleanliness made our stay bad. I would not stay in this Vila agin.
