Remote and relaxing

The staff were very attentive, always happy to talk and offer suggestions and ask about your day. There were some great items on the a la cart menu and the villa was beautifully done up for us. We asked to upgrade halfway through our stay and the staff organised everything for us very easily. They even decorated for us twice for our honeymoon even through we told them it wasnt necessary. The decorations were beautifully done. The hotel is a little far from Ubud center, itll take about 10 mins by the shuttle car. The shuttle car leaves at 11 and if you ask they will pick you up at 4pm. At some point we needed our laundry done and the front staff kindly organised for our laundry to be picked up, washed, and dropped off for a very convenient price.

The a la cart breakfast menu must be ordered the day before but if you forget they will ring you at night to make sure. The deluxe room is a little small, the bathroom isn't very convenient as the shower didnt drain well and it stayed wet for hours. However, theyre currently working on updates and I'm sure the new rooms will be even better. I recommend villa over the deluxe room, its very much worth the price difference.

It’s a beautiful abode and the reception staff is very helpful.

This is a beautiful accommodation with 24 hour access to reception. Just across the road, is a small shop which is helpful when you need snacks and drinks. Just up the road is a small bar that has Karoake, DJs & live music.

One of the people I travelled with ordered a glass of wine on the first night and it was so little. They said that’s the size for Bali but when we went to different places, it wasn’t so. The wine was the size we knew.

Charming and Exceptional!

The villas were absolutely charming, and the staff were exceptional! Welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the interactions with other guests were enjoyable, and everyone was very friendly. The private pools and garden were perfect for the kids, who had a great time playing football in the yard. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and a mini-market nearby. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place as an ideal destination to stay!

The private villas are absolutely beautiful and perfect for families, but honestly the staff at this resort are what make it so welcoming, smiles from the second we arrived and they made us feel so at home! We can’t wait to come back!

staff were rude and ignored us on several occasions. I have reviewed this on Google and the owner blamed covid but refused to accept responsibility for his staff! waiter at night just walked off after our order and despite us ordering breakfast in advance like we was demanded too we still had to wait 30 mins for it. I get covid has a massive impact on staff etc but the whole of Bali and Ubud has been amazing, just not here very noisy hotel so don’t expect to sleep well ! bathroom also floods with water there after 12 hours , tap hangs off and smell coming up is putrid

The private pool was amazing, the view overlooking the creek was great. The bed was large and comfortable with all modern bathroom including bathtub. Dinner and breakfast 10/10 and the staff were more than helpful, so friendly.

Hotel staff were friendly.

There was no shuttle and had to pay hotel staff to drive into town each time. Hotel restaurant closed at 2pm, so to order food, it had to be delivered using phone apps. Outdoor furniture needs updating due to staining.

Topverblijf nabij Ubud

Toplocatie nabij Ubud, vriendelijke staf die 24 op 24u klaarstaan. Vooral onze chauffeur Nano die ook als gids dienst deed en onze kinderen entertainde. Lekker eten, eigen zwembad, proper, ruim.

Op booking wordt aangegeven dat er een keuken aanwezig is. Deze bestaat echter enkel uit 2 gasvuren en twee pannen. Uiteindelijk is dit niet nodig, gezien het restaurant maar echt zelf koken zou niet gelukt zijn.
