Swan Paradise A Pramana Experience

The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the surroundings are breathtaking with nature all around. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm, safe, and perfect for rest and rejuvenation. I had a very comfortable stay and slept well throughout my visit.

The location is quite remote, so getting around requires transport, which can be slightly inconvenient. Apart from that, everything else was great and met my expectations.

Exceptional property and very well maintained. Staff were very helpful. The complimentary massage was a bonus. They have a selection of pools which were all great. The property is nestled in between the fields of Ubud which was very calming.

Rooms were a bit tired and small in size. The rooms near the reception suffer from sounds of people checking in and moving around throughout the night. Food at the restaurant was not the best in terms of taste and variety.

My family and I just returned from a staycation at Swan Paradise A Pramana Experience and we had an incredible time! The hotel was very family-friendly and had all the facilities we needed, from a kids' pool to a restaurant serving delicious food. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the big and large swimming pool. We really appreciated the hotel's attention to cleanliness and comfort. The staff were also very helpful and always ready to assist with recommendations for local attractions. We highly recommend this to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. Comfortable beds and rooms. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and had excellent aircon. Grounds were beautiful and there were 3 swimming pools. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Good choice of food and excellent included breakfast.

Absolutely nothing.

That was a great place to stay. The hotel is huge. I stayed there for 5 days and didn't even visit all the places. The service is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I felt like a VIP guest from the first minute of my stay. There's a restaurant on site, where you can buy lunches and dinners from the menu. The prices are higher than usual on Bali, but it wasn't that critical. They also serve part of the menu to your room, as well as to any of swimming pools. That was a great option as I would usually have lunch on my sun bed. The swimming pools are great. They have a few, and they are never overcrowded. I especially enjoyed the one that is really deep. I used their spa for the pregnancy massage and enjoyed it as well. I also was working online during my stay at this hotel. The internet was great for video calls, I never had any issues.

It's located in the middle of nowhere. I mean, from the tourist perspective. So it works great as a place to stay and enjoy all the facilities in the hotel. But not so good if you want to go out. I chose this hotel as my last accommodation after travelling in Bali for more than 2 weeks, so it was ok for me.

Wonderful resort at a beautiful location amidst the Saba rice fields. Lovely staff, nice and clean rooms with all kind of amenities. Extensive breakfast, something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay very much !

The staff was very nice.

Unfortunately, very little. The property did not match the photos or description on Booking. The villa smelled of cigarette smoke, the bed linen was stained, and the pool area was dirty and unsafe.

It was super amazing place inside nature , the stuff were smiling and super helpful, good restaurants, tasty food, breakfast have a bug variety of options.

The property was really quiet and peaceful, the villa was spacious and comfortable. The staff and service were impeccable and we couldn’t have asked for more. The food was brilliant in the restaurant.

The dolphin pool was a little tired. The location was slightly isolated and not within walking distance of much but it was fine for us.

Everything, full of nature, delicious fresh food, amazing swimming pools, one of them had 4,5m depth. So clean, wild, beautiful, so mamy animals and flowers. And the most important- staff, so nice, so helpful, so cute! We loved it !

Only gardens.

The worst and the most terrible experience in my entire personal and business trips. 1. The actual room condition can be very different from the photos and description. 2. Poor maintance - Sewer smell in the bathroom - Urinous stink from the toilet 3. Poor day-tour arrangement - Driver no show - The lobby searched for the alternative but the driver showed up wearing flip-flop and house wear, with no idea on what he was supposed to do. 4. Low quality of services - Staffs would respond to guest's complaint but just repeating "apologies and appreciate your feedback" with no actual action and no manager's involvement unless a guest spends a lot of time on the communications, reminding the staffs of what was the issue and keeps raising voices. - Only after a guest wasted lots of time and energy, the staffs and the manager started to listen and show actual response. - Disconnection on the communications internally. - This accommodation should be aware that there are some guests from other countries who can speak/understand Indonesian language. - Some staff laughed loudly from the phone while the other staff was reporting guest's complaints, which looked ugly. 5. Expensive foods, considering the quality 6. No info of yoga session and the venue till questioned. Yoga mats were dirty and wet. Seriously, lots of mosquitos without any mosquito repellent at all, where the session had to be stopped after 10 min. 7. Some staffs were making loud noises and smoking in one of the guest rooms, which was addressed as a "blocked room". Smelled the smoke from their smoking to the next guest room. All non-smoking rooms in this accommodation. 8. No etiquette from the driver, keeping asking the private and many questions in the language which a guest does not understand. Also, the driver was turning his head to the back seat to talk to the guest while driving. This was my 3rd time in Bali.

The hotel teams support are great. Rooms are clean and the surroundings with greenery are great. Meals provided are good too.

The location was amazing (within the resort). Surrounded by jungle, it was nice to just sit and take in the view of nature and traditional balinese architecture. There were many pools that were all great for swimming in. The food was delicious and they had a lot of menu options. Staff were incredibly lovely. Very clean and spacious everywhere.

The loud obnoxious neighbours we had, not the resorts fault but was glad to leave them when we did.

The property was clean n well maintained only.

The house keeping was absolutely red icu louse. They did not even laying fresh bed sheets. Not giving fresh soap. They did not provided shower gel.

On our Bali trip, we stayed at 3 4-star resorts, and Swan Paradise was definitely the best of them. And it was only the second most expensive one. Staff is really great and kind. They daily change everything in the room. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of varieties. Internet was great (80-100Mbps download, upload was even higher). All of the pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Can be used all day. It is more beautiful in person than it is on the pictures. All in all, one of the best stays in our lives. Highly recommended.

The location is a little bit remote. Room had some wet-towell smell and had ants (but that is expected). Bathroom had door (the only reason we booked this type of room is because on pictures it had bathroom doors), but the door is not all the way to the ceiling - there was almost 1m gap, probably for ventilation. So, no privacy. Breakfast lacked good desserts. Their jams are not the best.

Pak Putu Arjana Astunkara and his wonderful staff make this a true paradise. I am always impressed about the wonderful service and the great atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at Swan Experience Bali! The hotel is beautiful and has several lovely pools, perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the rooms were very comfortable. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. A big thank you to Adi, who prepared the most perfect candlelight dinner for us. The setup was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the whole evening felt magical. Adi’s care and attention made it a moment we’ll never forget. If you’re visiting Bali, we highly recommend this place — great quality, relaxing atmosphere, and truly kind people.

Staff is very helpful. The communication they built is amazing and place is huge. Breakfast was rich, pools are great.

The room itself is not so new or comfortable tbh. There is humidity in the rooms and not visibly eye pleasing.

We had an amazing experience at Swan Paradise! The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we needed. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it a perfect place to relax and unwind.

No light around the pool at nights

The staff are exceptional, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The villa we ended up getting moved to was lovely & the pools and gardens were immaculate.

We originally booked a super deal (apparently worth over $400 AUD pn) for a beautiful room at the resort but unfortunately we were taken to an odd/partially finished or perhaps mid renovation building. The hallways were dimly lit and the bathrooms were stained with mold and looked and smelt dirty. The room was super compact and was absolutely not even worth the discounted price. Fortunately the staff moved our room without question to a space that was clean and comfortable. The aviary was sad too, the animals need better care and more space.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional welcome we received during our stay at the Swan Paradise Hotel. The professionalism, kindness, and warmth of the entire team truly made our time in Bali unforgettable. We were especially touched by the genuine kindness of **Sutra** and **Pronata**, whose attentiveness and warmth deeply moved us. Their presence created such a welcoming atmosphere that it brought us even closer together and allowed us to fully embrace this peaceful and meaningful experience. Absolutely nothing around no shops but that i wanted a great getaway

My wife and I had an amazing experience with their exceptional 5-star service. The room was impeccably clean, breakfast delicious, and the spa services were truly outstanding. Highly recommend! 🛏️🍽️💆‍♂️✨

The outside ambience of the property.

The room is very basic and didn’t meet my expectations at all. Inside the room is more of a lodging than a resort room. The bathroom was smelly and dirty even after they seemed to have done cleaning. The bathroom had slippery tiles with no mat at all to stand on while showering. I would give the bathroom a 2 honestly. The staff were abit clueless, they need to work on their interactions with guests, know the resorts products and how to access them. I honestly preferred being outside the resort than being in. I didn’t get value for my money at all.

The garden well designed, my room was spotless and they have lots of amenities, staffs have attention to detail and well trained.

Is not a big deal, but the gym was okay, few equipment are broken. But they have dump bells and bike and treadmills.

Size of resort itself.

The service could have been better, there were many misunderstandings from the reception. The restaurant closed at 22:00 and at 22:02 I asked to bring me at least a salad since I came from the city and was tired. I was refused. It is impossible to order something in this location and it is also difficult to order a taxi - no one wants to go.
