My stay was absolutely wonderful. I loved everything about this place. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, always making me feel welcome and cared for. The bedroom and facilities had everything I needed and was looking for: comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The breakfast options were amazing, with great variety and quality, and the restaurant was excellent. I also tried the spa, which was fantastic and very relaxing. I am especially grateful to the team because I had a motorbike incident during my stay, and they were incredibly caring, supportive, and attentive, which truly meant a lot to me. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud.

If you want a great room, great service

I have came back to this hotel for second time and previous times continuously extended my stay at this hotel because everything is here that anyone can look for. Very beautiful place. Top service, all staff ave friendly and very helpful with advice. Explained very well to me where to find shop for locals because it’s better price and also the have local items that you can’t find anywhere else. Eventually I found all the things like Luwak coffee and good coffee local beans at stores. The hotel also has an ability to provide bike for rent at very good price and I have learned how to drive on the roads at Bali like Bali citizens 😁. I started from scooby and eventually went to biggest bike available Honda PCX 160. Tried all the bikes and the best for me is big bike because other feel small. If anything goes wrong with the bike they fix immediately in like 10 minutes or change for a different bike, have not had that in other place so definitely recommend

Perfect stay

First of all, the hospitality of the Kahayana suites is the best! Lovely employees, always willing to help with anything with needed and always with a smile on their faces. Our room was lovely, cleaned everyday and with all the amenities needed. An amazing pool and such a quiet place that even with the hussle of the motobikes and cars outsides you feel at peace. Restaurant has also great choixes as. Is about 10/15 minutes by car to the center, which for us was not an issue at all as the Grabs are such a good price. Definitely want to come back to Kahayana one day, thank you! ☺️

Everything. Breakfast was awsome , same as at top quality resturant, coffee amazing and strong for wake up 😁. Clean, the shoes out of bamboo which is awesome, the earplugs supplied which is perfect. Shower has high flow like a waterfall. The water draining at fast speed, other hotels overflood because poor suction. Room with amazing view, bike rental service best price plus delivery, plus they allow to get for 1 day which is rare option in Bali, really happy with it. Price is very good, staff very nice and respectful. Special thanks to Wira who showed places and made good suggestions on places to visit. Thanks for everything very happy. Other places in Ubud didn’t really like and food in Ubud wasn’t that great. But at this hotel everything was awsome, will definitely come back 💪🙌💫

The customer service was 10/10 and everyone was so friendly, helpful and so accommodating! Only stayed one night, but we had a pool view room, enjoyed a 60minute Balinese massage (our fave in BALI and overall all time best experience - thank you to the two ladies - thank you) breakfast was delicious! We had to take-away because our driver was already waiting! and overall we were able to leave our bags there until we finished at the Bali zoo! A++ highly recommended this accommodation to everyone!

Lovely stay in this hotel

Somewhat north, a few minutes driving away, you will find the center with shops, restaurants and the market area. Not too far away (for a car) you will find the bird park, waterfall etc. We took the suite room with pool view. Was the perfect size, pretty spacious. It contained a bath and separate shower (for those that don't like to shower in a bath). Personnel is most kind and helpful. The pool is clean and open till 9PM. If you are quiet you can stay in till 10PM. We took the option with breakfast for our stay. You can select options from a list. There are vegetarian selections too, but just like dinner, anything can be changed into something vegetarian by changing into tofu or tempeh for example. It's not a problem. Had a most pleasant stay there.

Right around the hotel there is nothing closeby to go to on foot within a few minutes

Nice hotel

The room was nice with super view to the pool. The breakfast was delicious, you can choose from a’la carte menu every day. The pool area is beautiful where you can rest after a long day.

The bathroom was not our favourite as the shower has no wall and everything became wet.

Enjoyable stay but requires some improvements

Very good ambience and cafe food was really nice. Staff are all super friendly and always going out of their way to please.

Bathroom had a damp smell and there was also a dump smell in the bed. Also shaving mirror was missing.

Fantastic stay, very accommodating.

Manager was very helpful and friendly. We had asked for 2 twin rooms close together and as they didn’t have this available, he upgraded our rooms and added extra beds. Rooms were clean. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was delicious, though they bring out meals one by one and there can be delays in between. Breakfast is ordered the night before and no water is provided at breakfast unless requested. Ubud can be an hour taxi ride into the centre due to traffic, however taxis are very cheap. The spa was incredible and good value. Lovely seating area outside our room, which was nice to hang swimming costumes etc.

Not much, everything was lovely. Just delays in between individual breakfasts, air con sometimes noisy and toilet roll ran out a couple of times and there were no spares.

Exceptional.

The staff were outstanding. I was in need of some medical assistance and they went above and beyond to assist. I didn’t get to use the facilities as I would have liked due to my health but they were stunning. The breakfast and room service was delicious and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation.

A peaceful oasis near Ubud with amazing service, great food, and a perfect spot for relaxation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kahyana Suites Ubud. The location is perfect: just 15 minutes from the center of Ubud, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful oasis. The pool area is such a relaxing spot to unwind and escape the busy atmosphere of the town. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even assisted in organizing a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday, which made our stay extra special. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the dinner was just as fantastic. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend Kahyana Suites and would love to come back someday!

Good for the price.

I wanted a place in Ubud so we didn't have to drive so far for activities and this place was good for that. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfy, and rooms were clean.

stinking room, far from centre Ubud, un supporting staff and poor hygiene

Property is very poorly managed, we arrived late than our scheduled arrival time, and over that bathrooms where not clean , linen where not clean and has a very bad smell all around the room, room is compact and privacy is surely a big issue if you book ground floor, inspite of repeated request none of the problem was solved satisfyingly.

room smells and lacks seriously lacks hygiene, staff have very little or no scope to go extra mile to keep the guest happy, staff was not ready to give even a extra disposable shower cap and also asked kid to return the note pad, very cheap behaviour and approach and location to the property is very bad

A very nice experience

The food is amazing especially the nasi goreng. The food was made with a great professional level of care and just delicious. Clean, helpful staffs, near Ubud. The pool is quite nice.

The shower room could use some improvements because I noticed some mould on the corner of the glass, which can be removed easily with mould remover.

Good value for money in a very nice accommodation

It was very modern and nice. The restaurant was very good and they cooked delicious meals.

Next door neighbours were burning some rubbish and plastic on one day for several hours and everything was filled with very bad smoke.

Great place

We loved our stay in Kahayana Suites and would definately stay there again! Everything is great there, clean and comfortable rooms, nice and well maintained swimming pool, restaurant which serves really good food and good breakfast. Personell is really helpful and caring. The only thing you have to bear in mind is the location about 15 minutes to the Ubud center by motorbike. Although in return you get a nice, peaceful place perfect for reset. Thank you!

Exceptional place in Ubud!

The staff at Kahayana and D'Topaz Coffee are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it an ideal spot for couples and families. The breakfast, served à la carte, is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. They assisted us with renting a scooter and were available around the clock for any requests. The property is spotless, modern, and well-maintained, and the pool is fantastic!

One thing that could be improved is the pool mats and beds itself, as they have some spots and could use replacing.

Surprising Hidden Property

The design, it is surprisingly simple and almost feels like a 4 star hotel. But the one thing that really stands out is the staff. The way they answer my questions and assist, they are very professional. Keep it up!

If you get the room upstairs, be ready to climb the stairs. But it is all worth because the pool view is amazing.

Wonderful stay

Very kind and welcoming staff, who offered us a better option than the twin bed room we originally booked. Convenient rooms, very comfortable beds, complimentary 4 bottles of water every day very nice and appreciated .

We were very satisfied but if I have to mention one thing it is that the breakfast is good but could be more varied. Especially if you’d stay longer.
