Royal Casa Ganesha Resort & Spa

We had a lovely stay at Royal Casa Ganesha Resort and Spa. The place was beautiful, clean, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The villa itself was a great size and very comfortable. We loved that we had our own private pool! We even had the floating breakfast. The resort has a restaurant and bar with a good selection of food and drinks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how accommodating the team was.

One small improvement would be adding a fan to the living area of the villa, as it became quite hot and hard to sit there for long periods. We also experienced a leak in our room during our stay, however the staff handled it wonderfully — they were very apologetic and quickly moved us to another villa. Their service and attitude were excellent, especially considering the issue was outside of their control.

Beautiful grand hotel / resort just out of Ubud. Amazing staff . Huge clean infinity pool. Please book the suite above the pool ! Amazing rooms and view.. Private Villas are great Odin is a great staff member who is highly valued by the hotel and works as driver and at reception .

Room service was excellent one night. Had same meal next night but it was missing a lot of chicken ( butter chicken ). Only 6 pieces of chicken , probably 15/16 pieces previous night.

The hotel is planned to be going under renovation, I assume afterwards would be much better but as it is: Cleanliness, the sheets were looking dirty, had several marks and stains, the bathroom corners had spider web mid wall all the way to the ceiling. Breakfast was ok-ish, had we not had the breakfast it would not have made a big difference as we had only few options to our liking, Food at the resturant was really nogood! The prices are also not cheap for what u get! Finger away! We practically preferred not to eat dinner at all rather than dining there.
