This is an amazing oasis just outside of Ubud.They will shuttle you in atset times during the day so you can do the town

Room service was excellent one night. Had same meal next night but it was missing a lot of chicken ( butter chicken ). Only 6 pieces of chicken , probably 15/16 pieces previous night.

Superb place to stay, so beautiful and aesthetic. Clean rooms, friendly staffs, good breakfast options, big pool, near to most tourist attractions, totally instagram-worthy!

Big potential

I think the hotel has great potential to become the best hotel in the area, surrounded by such beautiful nature and vegetation.

The breakfast selection was okay, but there were more options suited for guests coming from India. The rice fields are not fully maintained, and if they were, I think they would look much better than any others in the surrounding area. The rooms need renovation; the bathrooms even look a bit dirty, although the bedding was fresh and fragrant. The food in the restaurant is expensive considering the portion sizes and taste. I think the hotel needs significant investment, but it would attract a large number of visitors because the potential is enormous.

Overall a nice place to stay

The location was amazing with lush green and rice fields surrounding the resort

Noisy - unfortunately due to inconsiderate guests, doors were being opened and closed late at night with kids shouting and running between rooms. The doors are not soft closing so we’re always being slammed .

Basic needs hotel

The room was good and spacious. The reception is nicest place there.

The breakfast can be better, the outdoor chairs were not comfortable, there is not much to do at the hotel. It takes 20 min to reach the center by car because of traffic. Lizard in the room

It felt like we started out vacation when we left for another hotel!

The hotel is planned to be going under renovation, I assume afterwards would be much better but as it is: Cleanliness, the sheets were looking dirty, had several marks and stains, the bathroom corners had spider web mid wall all the way to the ceiling. Breakfast was ok-ish, had we not had the breakfast it would not have made a big difference as we had only few options to our liking, Food at the resturant was really nogood! The prices are also not cheap for what u get! Finger away! We practically preferred not to eat dinner at all rather than dining there.

Good experience

Facilities were nice, the pool was fantastic and the staff was lovely. They are plenty of places to get some rest in the area and there are activities. I loved the way they integrated the hotel in nature. They offer a bus shuttle service to Ubud, and there is a local supermarket very close to the location.

The fitness centre is small, they are renovating that floor so it is not very clean when you step outside. The water machine of the fitness centre didn't work when I was there. Breakfast food needs to be protected from bugs

Paradise oasis gardens. Peaceful lovely stay.

Beautiful gardens, a total oasis! Lovely large grounds to wander around, clean, quiet comfortable, large clean pool, and free yoga class was a great addition. Free daily shuttle into ubud. We extended our stay. Great place to stay during Nypei day. Gym and buffet breakfast. Indomart across the road but not much else but its easy to get into ubud.

A little out of ubud but an easy 12min grab motorbike ride into town for $3.

I would have liked 4 large towels instead of two per room. I asked for more but they kept giving me small hand towels Would be nice if coffee and tea urns was available all day by the pool if not too expensive Maybe a few more pool beds

amazingly beautiful. I took back such special memories.

Location was just fabulous. Wow, was I blown away as we drove in ,as I was not sure sure what to expect. We were surrounded by abundance of greenery, beautiful gardens, waterfalls, rice fields. The staff were amazing. their smiling faces made my day. They are so polite and respectful and caring. took so much care to show us to our room. Thank you to the friendly and kind receptionists who welcomed us with so much love:) The kitchen team were just as amazing. Sudiarsa, Ayu to name a few and to the manager and the rest of the team who always made us feel so welcome for breakfast and dinner and were always so attentive to our needs or special dietary requirements. The operations manager always checked if we were comfortable or had any feedback for them to note to improve on anything. Aah..the free shuttle service available twice a day to take us to the city centre was very useful. The drivers were so friendly and patient and shared some info on tourist attractions we can visit in Ubud. It was such a pleasure to walk in to an airconditioned clean room after a hot day out and get into a decent sized shower and bathroom with clean soft towels. The pool was sparkling and clean and we were treated to complimentary tea and coffee daily at 16h00 with a snack which was enjoyed around the pool area. The battered fried bananas were so delicious. Well done to the entire Royal Casa Ganesha team. This was home away form home. We will be back !

I shared with the ops manager that perhaps with the beautiful space the resort has, maybe some evening Balinese dance and musical items could be arranged . Otherwise I have no negatives about my stay at the Royal Casa Ganesha.

Great place to stay

The staff are absolutely incredible at this resort. They will go out of thier way to make you feel at home and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and have decent amenities.

Honestly, just nit picking here but, the showers took an incredibly long time to heat up, I am talking like 15 mins to get to warm, 20 to hot. The room had some moldy spots on the roof, and the restaurant lacked a few choices from the menu making the selection quite small.

The massage lady was very nice! The pool was pleasant. The waiter was a really helpful man!

First of all: The hotel is not what is in the photos. that astonishing bamboo pavilion just didn’t exists. It is way too far from Ubud. The hotel rating is exaggerated, it is bot a 4 star hotel. they even forget us in Ubud with the shuttle service. Sorry, but I cannot recommend. We went there and nothing was like in the pictures (only the pool)

Very good

The room was big and clean. The pool is beautiful with rice terrace view. Staff are friendly, scooter available for rent, the location is a little far from center Ubud and that's exactly what I was looking for.

The bamboo structure was under construction. I booked this place because of that and it wasn't available.
