Toilets was so dirty , and no roofs, sounds came very loud from toilet , small water till can’t see the water are coming, and black things comes from the shower. No amenities.

Nice and chill Homestay with swimming pool

* Great value for money * Amazing, responsive staff * Spotless clean * Small and refreshing swimming pool * Green view of the terrace * Free water, tea and coffee * Natural light and sunny outdoors * comfy beds and nice simple furniture

* The room can be a bit small, meanwhile every room has a nice terrace to chill or put clothes to dry in the sun or do your Yoga :) * Location is a bit our of the city, which is also a pro if you wanna chill away from the busy streets and still accessible (3.5 kilometers away from the center)

Nice basic accommodation, but a little far out of main Ubud

Clean accommodation, kind hosts, LOVELY HOT WATER with good water pressure. Breakfast included is basic but pleasant. Good air conditioning, fan and natural light. Nice clean pool that is super refreshing when the sun is out. Free drinking water refills.

They don't offer scooter rental or laundry in house. The nearest scooter rental is a 25 minute walk (or get a Grab bike). It's a little far out so you'd need a scooter or you'll spend a fair bit on Grabs. Laundry is just a 5-min walk away. Toilet is separated in the room but the wall doesn't go up to the ceiling so if you want privacy when using the bathroom, you don't fully get it.

Peaceful stay in ubud

Quiet place, 10/15 min away from center depending of traffic. Nice view over rice field, clean room, hot water, good breakfast and nice owners. The pool is really clean, you can enjoy it. Easy parking to put your scooter in front of the entrance.

please make sure your room has an AC before you book! other than that, pleasant for a short stay.

the location was great and relatively near the centre. a short grab ride got us everywhere.

there was only a fan in the room and no AC. it did state this on the booking and we thought we would be fine. however, this fan did absolutely nothing and the room was hotter than outside. the shower is basically inside the room and the whole room isn’t very spacious. the pool is also just a large pond. sadly we had to leave one night early as we just couldn’t sleep in the heat anymore.

Super cozy and squeaky clean

It was super clean. There was a common area to sit and have breakfast . It was cool place to chill with a view of rice fields. Breakfast was included which was a plus point. Coffee and tea is available 24*7. Super sweet hosts. Totally recommend..

The premises was very clean throughout and the staff / family were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast included was very tasty and all in all for the price we paid for the accommodation we were very happy with all aspects.

We had no complaints. The family who run the accommodation were excellent, it was very clean and quiet.

Such friendly staff, always happy to help. Nice little pool to cool down and a small supermarket just up the road for essentials. The fan in the room was plenty but there was the option of upgrading to air conditioning. Great view of the rice fields too!

The location was perfect for me but it’s a little out of Ubud so you needed taxis into the centre for food, shopping etc. A fridge in the room would be my only room for improvement!

I like the area, not too far from the Ubud center so it's not too noisy

Fan doesn't really work. It doesn't spin fast so feels so hot. No toiletries, just towels, shower little bit broken

Good stay

Very nice staff, room cleaned every day, basic breakfast but good. Nice terrace with rice fields view.

Shelves missing in bathroom and near the sink. Towels were not changed for 6 nights. Noisy because of the road. Quite far from Ubud center but convenient for me as I was volunteering at Bawa. I would really recommend to book a room with AC.

Чисто, расположение хорошее, тихо, я вообще одна была в здании)) завтраки вкусные, вода в неограниченном кол-ве и кофе. Бассейн холодный тока) но мне все понравилось. Постель кстати красивая. Вывески у отеля нет, поэтому вход слева от магазина с музыкальными инструментами.
