Green Space Ubud

Peaceful and well kept. The staff were very helpful with all requests and questions 😊

It was slightly far out from the main town. Not a probably but a scooter or taxi drive away.

Not much space to put your things In the room (lack of furniture basically), but overall nice.

I enjoyed this little hideaway in Ubud, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the air con in the room was great and having your own private villa was lovely.

The hotel was sweet but could really an update, the room ceiling was covered in black mold which is very dangerous to be inhaling. The sheets were definitely old and discoloured and the shower was hanging off the wall, I also think it's important to note that there are many roosters calling from 5am every morning which made it really hard to sleep.

Very quiet area, staff were very friendly and very helpful. Location around 15 minutes from centre when no traffic. Room was big. So nice and peaceful :)

Roof had black mould. Shower pressure and walls around shower could be cleaned better.

Beautiful authentic Balinese Villa. Spacious and within the jungle to feel the real ambience of Bali. Was so lovely to return here after a day or touring around to relax.

The property was lovely however you do need to keep in mind transport into Ubud centre. With that said, it was lovely to be out of the business to wind down from each day.

Location is great, not too far but not too close tu Ubud’s crowds. Facilities were really well maintained and the room was very comfortable. Staff is great and helpful

BEST ACCOMODATION. We were sad to leave! Rooms were so comfortable and staff were so welcoming and helpful! We had the cutest cat stay in front of our room on the patio! We will really miss it here! So happy with our stay.

The swimming pool area and the garden were beautiful and very well maintained.

The rooms were not too spacious and need a bit of work on them. You can't walk to places, will need transportation.

My stay at the Green Space Villa was disappointing. It isn’t as pristine as the description on Booking.com leads one to believe. I was also disappointed and frustrated at the way Booking.com handled my feedback. I provided feedback on my first day seeing as the English comprehension of the staff was low. I contacted customer care 3 times and they only responded late on my last night of a 4 night stay offering a $14 refund. How do they make this calculation? Also Booking.com promises a response within 24 hours. Not the case. 1. Dirt My room was dirty on arrival - crumbs on the floor, and thick dust in corners of the room. Which led to dust mites. I provided feedback immediately to staff, who are sweet saying “sure, sure” but only did a surface clean. I provided feedback directly in person and over whatsapp, and to Booking.com. The dust persisted until my last day and I had an itchy body for the duration of my stay. 2. Noise There are street sounds day and night - loud machinery from 7:30/8am. You can hear fellow guests talking doesn't matter what room you're in. On my last night, there were drunk people banging, screaming and laughing at 1am! A far cry from the urban oasis vibe depicted in the hotel’s description. 3. Lost in translation. When I arrived the person at reception had no idea what was going on. One also can’t tell who is the receptionist, manager, cleaner, waiter… so we are never sure who to ask for assistance. One employee said they offered free rides into town. Turned out this was not true. They offered breakfast for my first day (very basic), but then charged me for one extra item (?) All in all, a very confusing & disappointing time. Not the way I imagined I would spend my last 4 days in Bali. Booking.com should respond within 24hrs as they promise this. I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Very cool place

New wooden houses placed quite close to each other in a nice garden. Great pillows (eight of them!), great water heater. But somehow, it wasn't what I wished for, all in all.

You can hear your neighbours and your neighbours AC's outside unit. No real common space to hang out at, except for the pool area. As it was raining, no benefits of that for us.

The staff is very friendly. There is a lot of greens all around. Nice atmosphere.The pool is nice.

They have no spa beds. We ordered a massage that was done inside our room. The masseurs talked and laughed the entire duration. The masage felt like it was done by an amateur, I would not recommend. They even looked between our things. The villas are made of wood, so you can hear everything from outside. We had a gecko on our wall on the outside that screamed every night.

A few more sunbeds at the pool would be nice. Room and specially bathroom equipment require refurbishment, does not really match with the pictures on booking.com. Our room door was not able to be locked, which was not really a problem for us.
