I liked the overall vibe of the location. It is a bit far from Sanur city centre, but it is easily accessible by car. The area is very quiet and serene, so if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay, this is an excellent choice.

There was nothing that we didn't like. The only downside was that they were repairing the deck next to the swimming pool, so it was right in front of our entrance.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The masseuse was fantastic, loved the back massage.. above and beyond experience I had a meal at the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. The gym was well equipped including a boxing space.

I was recommended this hotel by a friend so looking forward to ending my Balinese holiday there. However compared to other places we stayed in, was overall disappointed. My room was advertised as Ocean view but not visible from the room, only the side balcony.The room and bathroom lacked any warm Balinese style and the floor tiles looked like a damaged collection. In fact the room felt like a forgotten space There was an emphasis on not having sheets and towels replaced for sustainable reasons but I felt this was really a way to save money as the design of the hotel did not show other sustainable efforts. Three huge pools seemed totally unnecessary and there was little imagination in the garden to provide shade or design. The grass was overgrown and the pool tiles very mouldy. Location was also a bit far away from central Sanur, not in distance but traffic could mean a 20 minute drive. I was recommended by staff not to swim at the nearby beach due to big waves

It wasn’t clean. I wasn’t happy and actually couldn’t sleep the 1st night. The next morning I got everything cleaned in front of me and had to cover the sofa chair everything with fresh white sheets. Also the breakfast vibe is very stingy. You can order 1 main, 1 tea, 1 juice and 1 more thing like yogurt or fruit or bread. I mean I was actually looking forward to a nice breakfast. Also needs maintenance specially in toilets.
