Atendimento , cordialidade , refeições
Achei muito frio . Poderia ter aquecedor nos quartos e as toalhas poderiam ser melhores. Em vez de usar cobertor , poderiam optar por edredons específicos para clima frio.

Lugar muito bonito e tranquilo, próximo ao parque municipal de Teresópolis com lindas paisagens e boas opções de trilhas. Restaurante com comida caseira muito boa. Os proprietários Sandro e Elen são extremamente atenciosos, agradáveis e prestativos, sempre prontos para atender as necessidades dos hóspedes.
Estrada de acesso com alguns buracos apesar de pavimentada. Sinal fraco do wi-fi no quarto devido a distância do chalé a sede principal.
