The view is awesome. Facilities and staff needs to improve for the price paid.

Relax with a view.

The place is just gorgeous. beautiful view of the mountains, mats on the swimming pool deck so you can lay down and enjoy the sky views. stargazing at night was an amazing experience. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful.

The only thing I would say that wasn’t perfect was dinner. the sirloin was not good at all. almost felt like it was over cooked or re-warmed. This wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me on this place because there are plenty of restaurants around that I could have gone to. next time, I’ll do that. too bad they didn’t have the option of fondue for dinner. it would have been a great option to have with the weather we had that weekend.

Located a bit far from everything, Uber is a bit expensive and sometimes you need to wait it for a while. But if you are by the own car, - then place is perfect.

The accommodation was great! The pool was clean. The room is connftable! Beautiful view in a pool area of the mountain an the nature! Really beautiful! I really appreciate the prece of this accommodation too.

In my opinion, it should have more options for foods in the lunch or dinner. I suggest Brazilian food in the menu like bife Oswaldo Aranha and others. I missed beans and rice. In addition, the roomers should be explained about the path to get there. The inn is so high and everybody should drive slowly.

If you are looking for peace, you have found a place in Petrópolis

The place is beautiful. I mean, AMAZING. It is in the middle of the forest, really quiet and very very well maintained. Staff (thanks Gabriel!!!) is very kind and always available for help. The highlight, besides the 2 pools and the view, is the breakfast. It's served at the tables, in small portions that you can endless request for more. And it's all delicious. The sunset is a plus, I am grateful that they don't charge for it hehehe. Great experience, I strongly recommend.

The only thing that we didn't like is that they were going on restoration on the 2nd level common areas. And also, due to the pandemic, I think that area that comprises a cafe | bar | karaoke, was all shut down, unfortunatelly. I guess we gonna have to come back to see how the hotel is in its full throtle.
