only problem we had was there was no blind/curtain or secrecy window in the bathroom. so we had to use a towel to cover the window whilst showering as it was in full view of the passing street.

I would recommend others not to rent this apartment. I could have spend this money at other better apartment. Damn it. B

The location is not bad with train station a short walking distance away.

The kettle is dirty with residue at the bottom!! We didn’t notice it until one day later and we have drank hot water from it! The bathroom shower hose is leaking water as we shower. The extension electrical socket in living room was on the floor and was dirty probably from being on the floor all the time. I do not want to risk plugging in my plug and dirty my plug. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, too thin. And the free parking along the road is very short of spaces. The front door to the apartment has broken light, it was not fixed, and therefore pitch dark as you try to open the door with your key. The owner Hassan better brush up his English. Impossible to communicate with him. His brother although can communicate fairly in English, but he was responsive most of the time or late in responding when I try to ask questions about the washing machine and dryer which are in German. Fast response is required at such situations, but i did not get.

Very good

Very good location, with tram ("stadtbahn", sometimes goes under the ground) you can travel directly to Dom/Main station (Hauptbahnhof), and with only one change to Cologne/Bonn Airport. City Center is about 10-15 minutes. You dont need a car, public transport is suberb. Supermarkets, pizza restaurant, traditional restaurant, drug store, bakery are available nearby , only few minutes walking. Hosts were very kind, we were allowed to check in early (our plane landed 9 am). Overall, this apartman is good value for money. Looking out of the rear window, there was a big tree with a common buzzard (buteo buteo) on it. It was really fascinating

Schön und Empfehlenswert

Das Apartment ist sehr schön. Es ist vollständig und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es fehlt kaum etwas (Außer Kaffeemaschine). Sogar ein (schmaler) Balkon ist vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen obwohl wir die Checkin Zeit immer wieder verschieben mussten. Netterweise wurden auch Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Zudem gab's Tipps für Einkauf und Freizeit. Wir würden dieses Apartment jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Eigentlich war alles gut, es waren eher Kleinigkeiten. Leider war das Geschirr nicht wirklich sauber, eir mussten das was wir nutzen wollten erst mal abspülen. Die Möbel sind recht niedrig, aber ok. Ins Bad kann man vom Balkon aus rein schauen. Die Straße ist sehr laut, auch nachts fährt alle 15-30 Minuten eine Straßenbahn vorbei.

Una delle 2 camere scomoda, con difficoltà ad accedere al letto matrimoniale, piccolo armadio con solo un'anta a disposizione (le altre 2 erano bloccate da serratura chiusa) cuscino e coperta flosci, dovuto al fatto forse di essere troppo datati. Mancanza dell'ascensore non chiaramente specificato sull'annuncio. Per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema salire 4 piani

Leider sehr enttäuschend…:-(

Eine freundliche Einweisung bei der Ankunft, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Haustür! Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind vorhanden.

Insgesamt haben wir die Wohnung als nicht sauber empfunden, die Ablagen waren staubig, der Boden und die Teppiche ebenfalls. Das Inventar ist abgenutzt und teilweise sogar kaputt. Die Tür vom Küchenschrank wo sich der Müll befindet quietscht extrem, die Armatur ist sehr locker, das man Angst hatte das sie gleich abfällt! Im Bad ist der Duschschlauch undicht was das duschen nicht angenehm gemacht hat und die Toilettenbürste ist absolut verkeimt! Das Fenster im Bad schließt nicht richtig und der Balkon könnte etwas gemütlicher gestaltet werden. Es gab leider keine richtige Kaffeemaschine, aber Filtertüten?! Das haben wir nicht verstanden. Der Griff von einer Pfanne ist auch sehr locker, kurz vorm abfallen… Da die Wohnung an an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, ist es auch sehr laut, zumindest bei geöffnetem Fenster!
