I would recommend this property. There was a bar below the property which was very welcoming

It was very clean and comfortable. The host had even taken the time to lay the table for dinner. Shower was good.

Location, it was a little bit out from the city centre. In saying that though it did only take about 30 mins to get there and tram service was very regular

The apartment was very clean! The simplicity and how the space was organized. I would definitely stay here again.

Very accommodating as I booked for 2 instead of 4. Host came round with 2 hours to make up the extra beds. Apartment was very clean and facilities were all good. Location was good, even though it was outside the city centre. Short walk to the tram (and supermarkets) and very close to the autobahn. 3 out of 6 people thought the beds were very comfy.

Can get a little noisy at night as there is a bar directly underneath the apartment. 3 out of 6 people thought that the beds were uncomfortable. Parking can be a bit difficult as it is on street parking. So sometimes you can struggle to find a parking space outside the apartment.

The pillows were uncomfortable and parking was difficult. The owners were pleasant but asked that we leave the door open when we left the apartment.

The plates and utensils were already on the table when we arrived. Because we arrived really late it was nice to see that someone thought about our potential needs before hand.

Superb

The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed our stay in Köln. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were incredibly friendly! All in all, we fully recommend this apartment, you're sure to have a pleasant stay.

Wi-Fi connection was quite bad, the signal was poor in most parts of the apartment. Also, bear in mind that the place was not that close to the centre; it is situated in a quiet suburb 30 minutes away from the centre of Köln by tram. It didn't bother us, but be aware.

The apartment is situated in a private house in a quiet residential area; there is peace and quiet, the river Rhine flows very close - there is a walking and cycling path there. The apartment is equipped according to the offer; it is very clean and cozy in it; the beds are very comfortable and the linens are fragrant; there is heating in the apartment that can be controlled; very nice bathroom; interesting colors throughout the apartment; we had no problem with parking, key collection and handover
