horrendous do not book this property

the property was that bad we did not end up staying in it and when asking for a refund or trying to get in contact with the property owner we have been blanked. so out a lot of money and ruined holiday

There were no breakfast. However, the nearest big shop was not far away (around 10-15 min of walking), so it wasn't a big deal.

The process of getting keys took around 1 hour. Also, the trash bin near the house was almost always full. All the rest was fine...

Not the most pleasant stay

Unprofessional attitude of the proprietor / unreasonable rudeness shown to myself the guest in electronic communications during my stay at the property and, the general untidiness in the Kitchen area for example unclean Oven and old and tired bathroom towels wanting in cleanliness offered to guest at the apartment.

The house was very dirty, a couple of things were broken and we had to take the key from another house far away form ours. The WiFi didn't work.

Ev rutubet, küf ve nemli, temizlik çok kötü , cam ve kepenkler leş gibi, heryerde böcek ve örümcek ağları var. Nevresim ve yastıklar küflüydü ve çok kirliydi. Yataklar çok rahatsız

Mir gefiel, dass es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Geschirrspüler gab. Müllbeutel und Spülmittel waren vorhanden.

Es ist sehr schmutzig: Der Staub liegt zwei Fingerbreit auf allen Kronleuchtern und Heizkörpern. Schimmel in der Dusche.Als wir die Wohnung betraten, roch es nach Zigaretten und Schimmel.

Absoluter Albtraum. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Fenster im Bad nicht zu öffnen, da defekt. Dadurch extremer Schwarzschimmelbefall, wurde versucht an der Decke wegzuwischen. Abfluss vom Waschbecken verstopft, Wasser läuft sehr langsam ab. Badewanne ringsherum Schwarzschimmelbefall. Handtuchheizkörper Befestigungen defekt, hält nur am Heizungsrohr. Fenster im Wohn-/Schlafraum, eins lässt sich ganz öffnen, das zweite gar nicht. Matratze unter aller S**, extreme Flecken. Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Küche absoluter Albtraum. Dunstabzugshaube hängt halb von der Wand und ist von unten weggeschmolzen, also keine Funktion. Kühlschrank Einbaugerät, steht auf dem Boden und brummt extrem laut vor sich hin, Eisfachdeckel defekt, dadurch Gefahr dass die Lebensmittel einfrieren. Pfannen nicht zu gebrauchen, Recyclinghof Ware. Zum Schluss der Hammer, Wohnung sollte im nachhinein selber gereinigt werden, obwohl eine Endreinigung von 40,-€ verrechnet wurde.

Es gab 2 Schlüssel. Der Preis war gut. Die Lage ganz okay um in die Innenstadt zu kommen.

War vor 6Jahren(2019) schon in einer Wohnung in der Burgstrasse. Die K59 war bei diesem Aufenthalt ziemlich abgewohnt und nicht sauber. Matratzen/ Lattenrost unbequem, schlechter Komfort. TV war nicht zu bedienen. Steckdosen hingen aus der Wand raus. Heizung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Grosse, zusätzliche Duschhandtücher fehlten, sowie Teppich im Bad. Putzlumpen zum Wischen fehlte. Küchenausstattung alt(Pfannen reif für den Wertstoffhof). Leider diesmal enttäuschend, vor 6Jahren wars gut!
