it was a good compromise to a hotel and would come again . thank you
close to the station and easy access to the fair . location was good
the bathroom could have been in a better state since the towel warmer was not functioning and wall mirror was quite small.

Group visit to Cologne.
Right next to the tram so easy access. Plenty of space for 8 guests. Tvs in each room.
Only one toilet roll provided which isn't much for 7 people for 3 nights. Pillows were not the best.

Would recommend
The owner and staff were super friendly while we were onboarded but also in our whole trip! Excellent assistance and aid whenever necessary. The location is awesome, near the train station which will get you to centre of Koln in minutes. Some people complain in reviews about being noisy but that isn't true and the sound propagated it's far from being annoying. Everything was excellent! Above our expectations.

Location was good. Quite neighborhood. Train station just in the corner to get Cologne city centre in ten minutes. Owners were really nice.
Just one toilet for a big group of people, but big and comfortable and with washing machine

Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen Betten, absolut perfekt, wenn man nicht viel daheim ist!
Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum Kölns gelegen, mit der Bahn dauert es so 25 Minuten bis in die Stadtmitte. Insgesamt war die Wohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt während des Karnevals perfekt, wir waren nur zum Schlafen da und da sind die 4 Zimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten absolut perfekt. Würde es wieder buchen, wenn ich wüsste, dass ich nicht viel daheim sein werde!

Locatie prima. Verder totaal niet hygiënisch en schoon.
Dat je gemakkelijk de tram kon pakken naar de stad. En het was fijn dat je een eigen balkon had.
- Er waren geen goede pannen. Er was er maar 1 die je kon gebruiken. Dus koken kon niet. - Te weinig handdoeken, theedoeken en wc papier. - Er waren geen schone vaatdoekjes.. - Glazen die in de kast stonden waren vies en pikte vast in de kast. - Afwasborstel en spons waren heel vies - Servies was ook allemaal vies. Dus konden zelf eerst nog alles afwassen… - veel geluid van de tram (voor en nadelen) - asbak stond nog vol door de vorige gasten
