An decent place to stay for our work trip to FIBO

The location is farther from the city centre, but there is a tram stop right outside. There is also a big grocery store directly across the road and several restaurants and pubs close by.

The wooden floor is old and needs to be repaired. The screws were sticking up and we caught our foot on them several times. The wooden slats are breaking as well.

The apartment is well located, it is not in the city center, but it is right next to public transport. It has the essentials. Rooms are small, but good relation quality and price.

We had a problem with the heating, we communicated it to the host, who was always available and the problem was solved.

The location for this apartment was perfect! Just outside the apartment was the Supermarket and Train Station. Very convenient, only 15 - 20 minutes to the city center by train. There were plenty of beds to choose from, four to be exact. The owner was very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

Good value for money

Great positioning, 10 minutes from a nearby stop to the center with the underground, there are 2 very close supermarkets that have everything you need. The apartments have pretty much everything you need to cook and stuff. Great value for money for a group of friends ( we were 11)

The apartments do not look like the photos, they are a bit older. The living room during winter it's kinda cold even tho there is heating

Pleasant

The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was very warm. Claudia was really nice

The dishes, the oven and the toilet werent very clean. And the bed sheets werent so clean either. We were 5 people and there was not enough space to eat at the table

Estancia correcta, pero alejada del centro.

Nos gustó mucho el tamaño de la casa, es muy grande. Igual que la terraza y el jardín. Una de las habitaciones no tiene calefacción, pero había un pequeño calefactor que solucionaba el problema, se agradece ese detalle.

Las fotos no corresponden exactamente con el apartamento, ya que debe tener mas de uno y están mezcladas con las otras viviendas. Tampoco nos gustó tener una única ducha para 6 personas (y teniendo en cuenta que hay 10 camas, no quiero imaginarme lo complicado que tiene que ser eso si se ocupa el apartamento al completo). La persona que alquila el apartamento no habla inglés, por lo que si no sabes alemán es bastante complicada la comunicación. Tuvimos que hablar a través de WhatsApp con el traductor. Pone que hay una parada de tranvía cerca y es cierto, pero para llegar al centro hay que hacer varios cambios de línea y caminar bastante distancia entre ellas. Al final tuvimos que estar contratando taxis para ir y venir al centro de Colonia.

A közlekedés jó, gyorsan be lehet jutni a központba. Szemben élelmiszerbolt, benne reggeliző és gyorsétterem.

Hideg szállás várt, és 3 nap alatt sem tudtuk kifűteni. A nappaliban paplanokkal takarózva ültünk. Elfogadható hőmérséklet csak a hálóban és fürdőben volt. A konyha 5 lépcsővel feljebb van. Ott a radiátor nem is működik, mert a bútorokat rátolták a szelepre, ami így használhatatlan. Sajnos erről a szabadságról megfázva, betegen érkeztünk haza.

El apartamento cuenta con todo lo básico y está muy bien ubicado, al frente pasa el tren y eso es de muchas ayuda, además hay un Supermercado a menos de 50 metros
