Upscale Apartments in Bergisch Gladbach

My friend and I booked a place to stay during the Gamescom. Overall, it was a good option. It's relatively close to the city thanks to the train station (if only the train ran more than once every two days...). There are also a lot of buses here that can easily replace the train. As for the apartment itself, it's not bad, quite clean, and living in it for a couple of days won't be a problem.Room number 30, maybe the others aren't so good.

The method for handing over the keys turned out to be very specific. You have to go to the barber shop and call the man there, who will give you the keys. (The owner of the apartment and this man are different people). I've seen many different types of check-ins, but I've never seen such a strange, impractical, and suspicious process. They urgently need to come up with an alternative to this method, because this method is very unfriendly to those people who do not know basic German or English.
