Nice place to stay

The apartment looked just like the pictures and was well equipped for everything we needed. The owner told us everything we could need before arrival and was easily in contact during our stay, no problems there.

The only negative thing was that the toaster was a bit dirty, but we didn't need it, so it wasn't a problem also the cutlery needed a wash before use, the rest of the apartment was pretty clean overall.

very carefully crafted facility, lots of small details for comfort and convenience. the owner thought about everything. the room is very spacious and bright. it has all the furniture, appliances for a comfortable long stay with the family. i am absolutely satisfied with experience

Everything is great, it is a cozy, fully equipped apartment, especially fit for family (we have one kid). The location is good, parking lot super convenient just right next to the room. The check in and out were hassle free. Also there is restaurants around there, you can get everything.

The apartment was exactly as promised: very large, easy to reach and with all the necessary comforts. The supply of quality crockery, the modern fires, the WIFI available and the efficient heating in every area were much appreciated. In line with German seriousness.

For complete excellence, something more could have been provided to cover breakfast than coffee capsules alone. but considering everything else it's just a nuance.

Fijn verblijf in de buurt van Keulen

Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Handige parkeerplaats. Communicatie met de eigenaar was erg goed en duidelijk. Om Keulen te bezoeken loop je in ca. 8 minuten naar het tram/U Bahn station en vanuit daar ben je in ongeveer een kwartier in het centrum.

Eine Ruhige gemütliche FeWo mit eigenem Parkplatz und sympatischem Vermieter.

Ein großer, heller gemütlicher Raum in dem sich Küche Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer befinden. Für mich und meine Frau war das sehr schön. Fernsehen konnten wir vom Sofa oder vom Bett aus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern. Die Türe wird mit einer Zahlenkombination geöffnet. Die Rolläden sind Elektrisch und schließen sehr gut. Die großen Heizkörper haben schnell und gut geheizt. In der kleinen gemütlichen Kücke stehen Kafffee- und Teezutaten bereit. Die Unterkunft ist freistehend in einem Innenhof. Dadurch ist es dort sehr ruhig. Wenig Autolärm oder laute Nachbarn. Das Auto steht direkt neben der Wohnung im Innenhof - Ideal zum Ein- und Ausladen. In direkter Nähe gibt es eine Tankstelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants oder Lieferdienste. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir "nur" per Chat komuniziert. Was ich sehr angenehm finde. Eine Telefonnummer war auch angegeben. Aber alle Informationen kamen frühzeitig und gut verständlich per Chat. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und sympatisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

A vendeglato nagyon kedves es rugalmas volt. Kertunk egy extra agyat, mert eljott a fiam parja is varatlan. Hoztak egy szuper agyat es nem szamitottak fel koltseget erre. Tagas nagy appartman, vilagos, kenyelmes. Csak ajanlani tudom❤️

Geweldige uitvalsbasis voor Keulen, Bonn en diverse plekken daaromheen!

Het appartement is ruim, en voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden (en nog veel meer). Oven, magnetron, ruime goed uitgeruste badkamer.

Het appartement ligt aan een veelgebruikte weg, maar iets van de straat af. Daardoor hadden we een maar beetje last van het verkeer.

Im Apartment hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Falls wir wieder in Köln Urlaub machen sollten, würde ich das Apartment wieder buchen.

Sehr gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft. Ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Wir konnten erst sehr spät einchecken, aber auch das war kein Problem. Die Bahn in die Stadt liegt wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und fährt regelmäßig (auch Nachts) in die Stadt. Man kann also das Auto gemütlich abstellen und hat den Stress mit dem Parken in der Stadtmitte nicht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden wieder dort übernachten wenn wir nach Köln kommen:)

Es war alles super!!! Unterkunft, Lage, Service, 10/10!!

Abgesehen davon, wie wunderschön das Air bnb gestaltet war, wollten wir am liebsten dort einziehen. Alles war sauber, ordentlich, und es gab sogar Kaffe und co zur Begrüßung plus einen privaten Parkplatz, direkt an der Unterkunft!! Ich werde dieses Air bnb öfter nutzen, der Besitzer hat mehrfach gefragt ob wir alles haben, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir haben uns bei Abreise ausgesperrt und hatten große Angst, dass extra Kosten anfallen werden. Der Besitzer hat uns jedoch so gut geholfen dass wir durch einen Ersatzschlüssel wieder reinkommen konnten. Ebenfalls ist es super zentral, 10 min zu Fuß zur SBahn die uns überall hingebracht hat, sowohl ins Zentrum, als auch zur LANXESS Arena. Des Weiteren gibt es in Laufnähe Einkaufsläden, kleine Gaststätten und eine kleine Innenstadt.

gut ausgerüstetes Apartment

Sehr bequem, dass der Parkplatz direkt nebendran ist und auch noch kostenfrei genutzt werden kann. Kommunikation des Gastgebers hervorragend, sehr hilfsbereit und schnell im Antworten. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und ausreichend Platz vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine + Wäscheständer gibt es. In weniger als 10min erreicht man zu Fuß einen Supermarkt und die Bahn-Station, wo es auch Leihräder gibt, mit denen man die Innenstadt in ca 30min erreicht

Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass man von der Haustür aus direkt aufs Bett schauen kann, aber ist halt so. Ein Kugelschreiber für das Ausfüllen des Meldescheins wär praktisch gewesen :D

Bulaşık makinası bozuktu. Fırını çok küçük ve iyi pişirmiyor. Duşakabin biraz dar.

Très agréable logement qui justifie de s'éloigner du centre-ville de Cologne

Appartement très bien conçu, propre, et tout à fait fonctionnel pour un couple avec un enfant. Bon chauffage. Tout le linge fourni. Transport en commun proche et sans correspondance pour Cologne. Restaurants à proximité, station service aussi. Facilité de parking sur place. Pour les français la chaine 233 sur le câble c'est TV5 ;)
