Perfect place for a short stay in Cologne

The location of the apartment was perfect for us, because it is located next to the forest, where we could walk with our dog. It is also not far from Cologne center, around 20 minutes by car. The apartment is well equipped and quiet. The owner responds fast and provided welcoming drinks. Thanks a lot for it!

The mixer tap of the shower was a lie… But we found we could adjust the higher temperature on the water heater in the kitchen so this wasn’t too much of a problem

Location is just next to airport and in a very comfortable position to reach to Cologne city center with a car. Facility is completely equipped. All you need is available in good condition. Very comfortable for cooking also.

Although promised in flat documents directory, Netflix did not work.

Very clean apartment with great facilities! Would definitely recommend/stay again!

I liked the kitchen facilities (all necessary utensils available, coffee machine + a variety of cutlery too). The bathroom was impeccable! Netflix available on the tv too so great facilities overall.

I found the flat quite cold during our stay despite having all the heaters on. We travelled with our little one so was hoping it would be warmer. Also would have been easier if the host had included the extra charges for city tax into the price- was a hassle to have this small amount (7.85) chased up few days later.

Perfect!

The apartment was nice and comfortable. It was really close to the Königsforst area so it was easy for us to go to a hike with our dog. Also as the weather was very nice, it was possible to spend some time in the garden that is very beautiful. Cleaning and all the utilities were according to our needs and what was offered in the announce. Internet was very stable and the welcoming drinks adorable. There is an ALDI and ice-cream/cafe shop very close to the house, also a fuel station.

Alles in Ordnung!!

Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber!! Für unsere Zwecke war sie vollkommen ausreichend und wir waren zufrieden!!

Die Parksituation war schwierig. Die Straße was sehr stark befahren!

Es wäre eine 10, wenn nicht ... s. unten. Umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, bequemes Bett, ruhig, Nähe zu öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln

Es gab nur einen Duschkopf an der Decke, also keine Handbrause. Für mich ein absolutes no go ! Vernünftiges Duschen war somit unmöglich, da der Wasserdruck auch noch bescheiden war und die Temperatur sich ständig selbständig änderte. Da viel das leere Duschgel und die Brotreste im Toaster schon nicht mehr ins Gewicht.

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung aber etwas schwieriger Auto Park Situation

Es war alles vorhanden. Betten waren sogar bezogen, Schokolade auf dem Kopfkissen. Handtücher standen zur Verfügung und auch ein Föhn sowie WLAN. Die Heizkörper wurden schnell warm und sonst war auch die Küche mit Herd, Töpfen, Pfanne, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine ausgestattet. In der Mikrowelle gibt es auch eine Heißluftfunktion, so dass man auch eine Pizza machen kann und der Kühlschrank hat auch ein Gefrierfach.

Die Matratzen haben schon eine leichte Kuhle im unteren Rückenbereich. Die Dusche hatte leider ein Problem, dass Brause und Regendusche zeitgleich gehen. Dadurch hatte man keinen guten Wasserdruck. Der Inhaber wollte sich aber kümmern, für die nächsten Gäste. Und bedauerlicherweise war etwas Schimmel an der Badezimmerdecke. Und wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, muss man Glück haben mit dem Parken, da nur so 10-12 Parkplätze an der Straße zur Verfügung stehen. Ich hatte Glück und den letzten bekommen. Sonst muss man sehr weit laufen bis zum nächsten Park Möglichkeit.

Gute Lage, kontaktlose Schlüsselübernahme fanden wir positiv.

Die gute und ruhige Lage und der schöne Garten.

In der Wohnung roch es leicht modrig, so auch bspw. die Bettwäsche. An einigen Ecken ist ein gewisser Unterhaltsstau zu erkennen ( Fliegengitter, Lüfter im Bad, Küche )
