Nice apartments. Not luxury, but very good in this price!It was very clean, much dishes, good beds, and bed sheets. It was very warm inside) One minus was is a smoking smell inside. We were with children,and don't smoke, so, we didn't liked this.But, we opened windows, and smell went away. Very pleasant owner. Speaks English) He met us, and told about shops near apartments. There is a big Kaufland in 300m.And free parking near house. We were with little dog,and it wasn't a problem) So,we liked this place, and can recommend it to anyone)

Water goes very bad from wash basin.But,women, who cleaned there, said,that owner will decide this problem.

I have nothing to complain about, I already stayed in the small apt and in the bigger one the two are very clean. All apt offer everything you need when you arrive. Mr.Vogel who gives you your key is very friendly. For my family, the experience has been great

Nabijheid Keulen

Proper appartement op gelijkvloers, bed was heel goed, comfortabel en ruim. Ligging naast groot bos, ideaal om met de hond te wandelen, 25 min van centrum Keulen met de auto.

Heel beperkte keukenattributen : 1x beschadigde antikleefpan, geen schaar, geen bierglas, 1x soeplepel, 2x koffielepels. Ligging aan de invalsweg = bijzonder druk, bijna non-stop verkeer van 6h-23h, gehorig appartement tov de bovenburen, keukenstoeken kraken en piepen, niet bewegen is de boodschap

Mi s-a spus ca check-inul se poate face doar intre orele 17-19 , insa zborul meu a fost destul de tarziu am ajuns la ora 23:30 , nu mi se pare normala aceasta condiție . Domnul care m-a primit a fost OK , deși mi-a specificat ca am ajuns cam tarziu , m-a lăsat sa intru in locație . O alta problema este faptul ca nu se poate plăti cu cardul , doar cash , eu nu aveam la mine cash .

Schöne Ferienwohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Die Lage ist zentral und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren und Einkaufen. Ein Parkplatz mit kurzem Fußweg gehört dazu.

Über eine Kaffeemaschine ohne Pads hätten wir uns gefreut. Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße.

für den Zeitraum und die Weiterbildung war es in Ordnung

Die Wohnung an sich war ansprechend und gut ausgestattet, aber der Stellplatz hinter dem Haus war wenig vertrauenswürdig und im Dunkeln zunächst nicht zu finden. Den so genannten Parkplatz habe ich als bestenfalls Schotterplatz empfunden.

Parkplatzsituation (siehe oben) und die Wohnung war eiskalt. Da hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass vielleicht ein paar Stunden vorher die Heizung kurz angemacht worden wäre. Außerdem hätte ich mir ein paar erklärende Worte gewünscht, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Parksituation.

Freundlich, Sauber, Sicher, man fühlt sich wie zuhause

Parkplatz in der Nähe bzw. direkt am Haus. Eigener Eingang, Sauberkeit - alles war sehr schön sauber, Die Heizung war sehr schnell und sehr gut. Man hat sich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Lieben Dank 🌸
