Great stay in this cosy beautiful house

The apartment is beautiful and very cosy. It has everything you need, very clean and makes the stay feel like home. Parking is just in front of the building so it couldn't be easy. Walking distance to supermarkets and shops. Ursula was really nice and responsive and the check-in/check-out very smooth.

Spotlessly clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortable place to stay.

I was amazed by the beauty, comfort and spotlessly cleaned apartment. It really felt like being at home. There was everything you can possibly imagine in the kitchen area including coffee & tea facilities. I really enjoyed staying here and booked another night on the way back from motorcycle touring trip across Europe. I will be coming back every time I ride through Germany. Thank you Ursula for an enjoyable stay in your apartment.

Stay in this apartment is very pleasant. The apartment is clean, quiet and comfortable and Frau. Ursula is very cordial, kind and always at your service. The whole town Refrath is an amazing place where you can listen to the chirping of birds everywhere.

The whole place was charming and makes one feels home. A few minutes walk from everything one needs.

Ms Eck communicated all the information to collect the keys, find the entrance and park upfront. She was kind enough to let me check in before the regular time as I landed early in Germany and needed rest.

The host was friendly (Ursula), very neat and tidy , the bathroom was up to an excellent standard. Great layout considering the size of the apartment.

Wifi signal could've been a bit better, but you don't really need it that much if you're gonna be exploring:)

Problemloser Check-In. Ein Parkplatz auf der Straße war auch kein Problem. Die Unterkunft war top eingerichtet und sauber. Ich war nur eine Nacht da, aber man könnte in der vorhandenen Küche sich einfach was kochen.

最寄りのトラムの駅から徒歩10分くらいにある。　スーパーも徒歩圏内にある。室内は清潔で、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、キッチン用品もあり、自炊もできる。

Sauber Wohnung in eine schöne, ruhige Gegend.

Wohnung war sehr sauber und Einrichtung war sehr schön.

Insgesamt, die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, aber Souterraine Wohnung ist nicht mein Favorit gnerell, aber übernachten für 1-2 Tage ist es ok. Mir hat nur der Milch zum Kaffe am Morgen gefehlt :-)

Super Unterkunft für Köln und Bensberg

Nettes Wohnzimmer, kleine Küchenzeile (Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, 2 Herdplatten und entsprechnedes Küchengeschirr) für ein Frühstück perfekt. Bäcker in 2 min Entfernung, Haltestelle in 3 min. Mit der Linie 1 in 15-20 min in der Innenstadt Köln.

Gemütliche, kleine Souterrainwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Der Schlüssel war in einem Schlüsselkasten deponiert. Das machte das Betreten der Wohnung (über einen eigenen Zugang) sehr unkompliziert. In dem Souterrainwohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Sie ist freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen reservierten Parkplatz. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin!

Wie immer sehr zufrieden

Ich war das dritte Mal in dieser Unterkunft und war wieder sehr zufrieden es hat einfach alles gepasst und hat eine Küche man kann zubereiten was man möchte man im Kühlschrank hat ein Gefrierfach. Im Badezimmer ist auch alles vorhanden Handtücher und Föhn wird alles gestellt. Ebenso Die Bettwäsche. Man bekommt hier viel für wenig Geld und hat sogar noch einen privaten Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Die Matratzen könnten für mich etwas fester sein ich finde sie jetzt etwas zu weich ich hatte die Vermieterin auch schon drauf angesprochen und sie sagte auch vielleicht sollte man die jetzt mal tauschen.

Prima, maar niet voor longpatiënten!

Een heerlijk rustige plek en fijn dat er een keukentje bij zit.

Op meerdere plekken staan geurstokjes en het beddengoed is gewassen met een wasmiddel met een geur eraan. Ik kreeg het er benauwd van, dus deze plek is niet geschikt voor longpatiënten of andere mensen die niet van geurtjes houden. De waterkoker was trouwens niet goed, die lekte en sloeg heel laat af. Lief dat er melkcupjes lagen en er koffie en thee e.d was, maar helaas waren sommige melkcupjes over de datum. Dat is even een aandachtspuntje.

Topverblijf, gastvrije host en perfecte ligging t.o.v. Köln Messe. Eigenlijk wel wat te goedkoop.

Supervriendelijke gastvrouw en een fijn, comfortabel appartement. De badkamer is vintage (gedateerd) en slaapkamer is dat ook wel een beetje maar alles is brandschoon. Het appartement is heerlijk stil, en straalt rust uit. Mede daardoor heb ik heerlijk geslapen. Persoonlijk vind ik de prijs per overnachting eigenlijk te laag voor wat het appartement biedt.

Niet van toepassing. Het enige is dat bij late aankomst het huisnummer niet goed te zien is.

Tolle Unterkunft für eine kurze Auszeit!

Sehr schönes kleines aber funktionales Appartement. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Bad sehr sauber. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
