Spacieux, lumineux, déco moderne, stationnement à proximité, une supérette juste à côté avec des horaires "à rallonge", à 250m de la gare mais sans nuisances sonores Propriétaire très réactif, téléphone obligatoire pour ouverture des portes avec une appli dédiée. À recommander !

De lichten waren te schel er was geen klein lampje. En de toegang was voor 1 persoon geregeld dus mijn partner moest mijn telefoon gebruiken om binnen te komen. in de keuken was geen koekepan

Pěkný velký, čistý apartmán v klidné lokalitě. Rychlé a pohodlné spojení s centrem Kolnu tramvají - zastávka je vzdálena cca 5 min chůze. V těsné blízkosti je supermarket REWE.

V kuchyni není rychlovarná konvice. Chybí žehlička, která je uvedena na seznamu vybavení.

Es ist sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht und von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für 2025 auch ziemlich gut.

Schoon, ruim en rustig. Perfect voor ons om de drukke beursdagenaf te sluitenen goed te kunnen slapen.

Heerlijk schoon, stevige matrassen en lekker ruim. Ook lekker veel kastruimte voor alle spullen. Paar minuten van restaurants en supermarkt en een paar minuten van de metro / sprinter. Je was zo bij de Koelmesse en het centrum van Keulen. Lekker dichtbij, met het ov en heerlijk kunnen slapen doordat het een rustige buurt is. We hopen er de volgende week weer te kunnen verblijven als we naar Interzum gaan voor werk.

Modernes, helles, schönes Studio mit gut eingerichteter Küche mit allem was man braucht für einen Kurztrip. Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung. Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen!
