Fairly decent but could be improved

Very clean and well equipped apartment in nice residential area

It is directly on a flight path and close to the airport so very loud with windows open . The blinds in the bedroom aren't black out so woke up very early as soon as it turned light . Some black out blinds or shutters would resolve this The sheets on the bed weren't good quality and made you very hot

Overall nice estate close to train station, but if you expect nice quiet stay avoid it.

The apartment was spacious and clean .Big size TV, kitchen with all cooking appliances and big enough fridge.

Apartment is actually close to airport .So all arriving plains flying literally over the apartment at very low height. All day and night sometimes every 15min. Beds are big enough ,but mattresses and pillows not comfortable . Be aware about late check-in and early checkout

Great place, we enjoyed our stay, adding to favorites for future travels to Koln.

-located in quiet, friendly neighborhood; -very spacious and clean; -free parking for even bigger cars either in front of location or streets nearby; -fully equipped kitchen with oven, heating plate and fridge among other things; -small balcony with table and chairs; -comfortable beds including sofas.

-WIFI was fractious at times; -shower head handle above bathtub was hanging by a thread.

Fabulous

It is a big appartment with lots of space. Near de tram station - (300-500) meters. Big rooms and well equipped in the kitchen. Keeper from the appartment in lower floor was helpfull in day of arrival.

Mirror Lighs in WC need to be repaired. During the night there are lots of airplanes landing and leaving and can be noisy

The size of the apartment, comfort of the beds and geographical location (close to train station, just 15 mins. from Cologne Dom) is perfect.

We would not come back just due to the owners behavior. We stayed 10 days and in day 5 we asked for fresh towels and bedlinen, we would change all by ourselves, but the owned was yeling at us, that she does not have to change anything... we would even wash them by our selves, but there is no washing mashine :) She ofered us to find a loundry in the city! Even when we left extra 20 eur on the table, she didn't give us fresh bed linens....

Het was een ruim appartement met alles wat we nodig hadden voor een mini-vakantie in Keulen. Het was heel erg dichtbij het station, zodat je makkelijk naar het centrum kon komen.

Bon emplacement, appartement très propre, bien équipé (manque un micro ondes).

Les couettes (dans un lit deux places, il faut une couette pour 2 personnes et non deux couettes individuelles)
