Sicherheit? Fehlanzeige. Wer sich wohlfühlen möchte, sollte weiter suchen.
Sauber (bis auf Spinnweben und seine Bewohner), Haus noch recht neu, leise Aussenjalousien, hoher Wasserdruck. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Biomarkt fussläufig < 5 Min.
Nicht abschließbar, es fehlt ein zweiter Schließmechanismus unter dem Schnapper im Türrahmen, die Eingangstür steht teilweise offen. Jede halbwegs talentierte Person bekommt die Tür mit einer Kreditkarte auf - für ein Apartment und dann auch noch im Erdgeschoss ein No Go! Hoch frequentierter McFIT Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung - permanenter Verkehr - auf der anderen Seite permanenter Laufverkehr durch Nachbarn inkl. Gras- und Zigaretten Geruch. Keine Nachttischlampen, keine Handtuchhalter, keine Toilettenpapierhalter (und in einem der Bäder keine Abstellmöglichkeit), keine Fußmatten im Bad. Matratzen sehr springend / weich, Betten nur 80 cm breit. Lüftung im Bad piept, Bad riecht nach Urinstein. Kein Sofa, auf dem man sich abends mal zusammen setzen könnte. Insgesamt extrem lieblos und auf maximalen Profit bei minimalem Input ausgelegt. Viele weitere Appartments drumherum, dadurch sehr unruhig. Ein paar Dinge bereits kaputt - darunter die Terrassentür, ein Außenrollo. Keine Küchenausstattung (insb. Kaffeefilter, Salz / Pfeffer) - jedoch Öl und Backpapier vorhanden, ebenso wie Küchenrolle und Toilettenpapier. Anbindung zur S-Bahn nach Köln ok - 15 min. Fußweg allerdings nur noch gerade so im Toleranzbereich. Betreiber sehr schnell im Antworten - bis man ein Problem meldet. Ich habe bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.
