Good location for city center/airport acrsses… DEEPS a simple deep clean

Great location, 8/12 minute tram ride to the city. Property layout is good. Good location. Bed sheets and covers were clean. Kitchen tools were clean. Bathroom was cleaned.

Wall stains of food were not cleaned. Bedrooms has a lot to dust showing that it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks if not months. Kitchen table had some left over cheese and rice. Lower kitchen wall next to the heater is very dirty. Cockroaches or something similar were found in the biggest room, two nights in a row. Property is great, good location. It lacks a simple deep clean that would have taken 20 minutes at most.

Not a good experience.

The apartment is close enough to the tram stops. There is a kiosk/shop nearby. There are enough appliances (hair drier, microwave, fridge, iron, oven).

Collecting the keys has been an adventure. I had to call more than 10 times the provided number, sometimes someone answers, sometimes no, and sometimes they just hang up when you speak English. It has been really difficult to let them explain me that the keys lock box was at another door number, inside a tunnel, behind a wall, just above the building bins. You then have to let the mice run away and then flex to reach the box avoiding the bins. The flat had the bare minimum: thin mattresses, lumpy pillows, deteriorated furniture, stains of all colours all over the place, mould in the shower, see through curtains in the bedrooms, faulty plugs, flying taped cables. A faulty sofa bed presented as sofa or double bed, not clear, with a bare stained mattress we had to cover with the single duvet provided (please note this was meant to be a double bed). When we tried to sweep the floor, as requested before checking out, we only found an extremely dirty broom which left more dirt and hair then collect them, and a vacuum cleaner which we believe has never had its filter changed: we had to open the windows and leave the apartment for how strong the smell it left was.

Gar nichts!

Die Zimmer sind Schimmelbefallen, die Matratzen sind fleckig. Der Putz an der Decke fällt herab. Selbst nachdem die Rezeption darüber informiert wurde, hat sich nichts geändert, erst nachdem man Booking.com einschalten musste. Eigentlich waren 4 Nächte geplant, aber bei diesem Zustand mussten die Kollegen früher das Hotel verlassen. Ob wir jetzt das Geld zurückbekommen, ist fraglich. Weil angeblich war der Schimmel nur oberflächlich und nicht gesundheitsschädlich....

空间宽敞，淋浴和暖气都好，厨房电器齐全，地理位置可以

卫生间有很多霉斑，房间墙面也有很多污渍，家具破旧，“枕头”凹凸不平，被套也是皱皱巴巴，看起来一点也不卫生，有2张床孩子不敢翻身，吱嘎吱嘎的噪音，大家都睡的腰疼，幸亏中间去柏林了2天
