Fine if its for a group of workers...not for families or friends

Very bad feeling when the window blinds are broken and the owner does help to solve the problem

The window blinds in 1 of the 2 rooms were broken (you can not see this on the pictures as there is no picture of that window on Booking.com). As the sun comes up around 5 AM in the morning I asked the owner to solve this. He said that he was aware of the problem but had not yet been able to solve it and that we could help ourselves by hanging bed sheets in front of the window. I said that this was not fair; he cannot sell a room on Booking.com of which the window blinds are broken. We asked for a refund but the owner refused. We left the accommodation and had to look for a different appartement elsewhere in the city. I hope the owner will get it fixed (I doubt it as he was already aware of the problem but still kept the accommodation available for bookings...), because as a traveler you feel really helpless when you arrive in the evening and the owner of the apartment treats you this way

I forgot to put towels, there are no basic necessities (soap, shampoo, drinking water, toilet paper). Basic things that exist in hotels or Airbnb.Check out it was very morning 10 a.m.

Basic, needs to be updated

The location was good for where we needed to go. The space was good in the apartment.

There was 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. The apartment does need to be updated. The bathroom was missing a title. The shower hook was broken. There was no information of where to put rubbish or recycling. No kettle, washing machine, tv was broken. Hinge was broken on cupboard door in kitchen and kitchen tap was loose.

Ok for a base, basic place in a good location

The apartment was clean and the location is really good. Although it is a little out of the centre the metro station is literally outside of the front door, you can just look out if the window to check the metro times. Lots of bakery's on the street for breakfast too. I did sleep well on the mattress I had.

The property is very basic, some of the usual things you'd expect but one of the bedrooms didn't have proper curtains so light would shine in from the early morning and the other bedroom had curtains but they weren't very well hung so light came in there too. The shower was broken and taped up, you had to hold it to shower and it wasn't very strong, not ideal when you've been out all day in the heat. No corkscrew/wine glasses, no bread knife. I think when you are renting an apartment I'd expect those things really, especially when you're renting to groups.

Kein Klopapier, Kein Putzmittel, Kein Fernbediennung für das TV, Für Internet mehrmal nach WLAN code fragen, kein Infos, ...etc; kein Mühlbeutel, Instandhaltung der Einrichtung mangelhaft bis sehr schlecht. Preisleistung OK für hanwerker die auf Zeit wohnen und keine Anspruch auf Qualität haben. Der Vermieter soll sch schon mehr mühe geben und nicht nur kassieren.

Nicht als Familienunterkunft geeignet

In WC/Dusche dauerhaft massiver Geruch nach fettiger Döner-Bude, da der Hendl-/Döner-Laden im EG offensichtlich an der gleichen Lüftung hängt. Der Laminat-Boden war, vermutlich durch einen vorausgehenden Wasserschaden aufgequollen und dadurch, trotz Reinigung nicht sauber. Die Bettlacken und Handtücher waren frisch, Bettdecken und Kopfkissen muffig. Die Wohnung ist wegen des schlechten Zustandes und der Geruchsbelästigung NICHT als Familienunterkunft geeignet und gehört vor einer weiteren Vermietung erst mal grundrenoviert.

Abstand halten von diesem Apartment.

Das Bad und die Betten waren halbwegs sauber. Die Lage ist ganz gut angebunden mit der U Bahn

Der Rest der Wohnung war dreckig, vor allem die Küche. Im Schrank stand Geschirr, dass dreckig war, eine Tasse hat geschimmelt. Der Abfluss hat gestunken. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr runtergekommen und abgenützt. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem. Alles in allem ist alles sehr herzlos, billig und auf minimalen Komfort eingerichtet. Wir mussten uns sogar selber Klopapier kaufen. Das schlimmste aber war die Heizung. Diese war defekt und lief dauerhaft auf 5. Das hat die Wohnung unertragbar warm und die Luft trocken gemacht. Auch Nachfrage wurde uns einfach gesagt „Techniker ist informiert, macht solange das Fenster auf“ was keine Lösung war. In diesem Zustand ist diese Wohnung unzumutbar und dürfte nicht vermietet werden!!
