There are 8 beds and 2 sofas, so there is plenty of room for people to sleep on. Two bathrooms which is very useful for a big group of people. Big TV, comfortable kitchen.
It was a bit complicated to shower, because the temperature of the water is not constant. It goes from hot to cold like every 10 seconds, which is pretty unfortunate.

Pros: Although the area was far from the city, it was cool, there was a supermarket nearby (7-10 minutes on foot). There were separate bedrooms. A kitchen and a table for the company with all the necessities (refrigerator, freezer, stove, kettle (it was old but it was), dishwasher, dishes).
The hostess gave us an hour longer to check out, but in return she asked us to change all the bed linen. It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be a problem for you. It was cool, even cold at times.

Quiet neighbourhood.
Long way out from Koln hbf. Need better directions to find property. Pin code for room didn't always work and had to ask for assistence- support arrived immediately which was good. Bathroom not very clean. Property in tired condition.
