Overall great for a group of friends or family, price + quality is fine.

Pros: Although the area was far from the city, it was cool, there was a supermarket nearby (7-10 minutes on foot). There were separate bedrooms. A kitchen and a table for the company with all the necessities (refrigerator, freezer, stove, kettle (it was old but it was), dishwasher, dishes).

The hostess gave us an hour longer to check out, but in return she asked us to change all the bed linen. It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be a problem for you. It was cool, even cold at times.

Long way out from Koln hbf. Need better directions to find property. Pin code for room didn't always work and had to ask for assistence- support arrived immediately which was good. Bathroom not very clean. Property in tired condition.

Great stay

Great place to stay if you are coming with a group of people. Great deal with price vs. service. Location is great in very quiet area (convenient if you want to visit Köln and Leverkusen). Rooms were clean and comfy. Big advantage are two bathrooms. Very easy check-in and good communication.

Unit B: Small, split level, Kitchenette, 1 bathroom but really does sleep 6.

Lodging was right along the Rhine River bike path, close to grocery and bakery. Nice to have kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. Quiet.

Property described as having 2 bathrooms in unit B….only 1. Even though smoking is prohibited, kitchen smelled of stale smoke. Livingroom is a bit dark. No A/C but cooled off eventually with open windows and fans. Could not find the listed hair dryer, but one was brought to me quickly. Kitchenware was not very clean. A bit expensive for what you get compared to other lodging so far along Rhine.

Well-equipped kitchen and fairly spacious apartment.

Bedbug infestation, was not immediately fixed and so we had a shortage of beds for two nights.

Disappointing

Good location, nice house.

It would be all nice, but everything was so dirty! It was impossible to walk bare foot - all the socks were black. The bed linen did not feel clean either. The shelves and the towel dryer in the bathroom were very dusty.

Price was quite good but don’t expect the cleanest apartment. Host very nice.

-The host was very nice and helpful -I liked that it had two bathrooms with showers -The TV was a nice addition -It was quiet in the area -We liked that the rooms had four single beds each, as we were mostly siblings -Price was decent -Heating worked and warmed up the place

-The outside door didn’t lock even though they gave us a code for it -When you used one shower the other’s pressure would be low -40-50 min from the city centre so quite far but I mean when you book you are aware, and there are tram connections (every 20 min from Köln Mickernich Mitte) -On the ad it said there is parking but then there wasn’t parking on the property and had to park on a separate road. Wasn’t very far though, regardless would be good to have that stated somewhere in ad -Cleanliness was lacking. There were poo stains in toilet, socks from someone else left in bathroom, random hair, and the showers weren’t very clean. The blinds were also discoloured and also didn’t cover the whole windows, meaning people would’ve been able to look inside the flat. -There wasn’t a broom or anything to clean the floor when it got dirty -The bedding smelled quite bad, as if it hadn’t been washed or not dried properly or something. -The sofa had some old stains -There was a socket loose off the wall

good space, kitchen, close to grocery store and bakery, nice tv, nice bathroom.

mold in bedroom and by beds, unclean dishes, coffee maker didn’t work, hot water pot unclean, leftover things in the couch, the upstairs neighbors were loud after quiet hours (the 21st).

Wohnung gut und zweckmäßig, dennoch könnte man einiges verbessern...

Vermieter gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Nach kurzer Rücksprache durften wir sogar früher in die Wohnung. Diese ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man hat, was man braucht. Die vorhandenen 2 Bäder sind prima. Spielplatz und Rheinufer in der Nähe und fußläufig gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Bäcker) sowie Eiscafe, Grillhaus/Döner (sehr freundliches Team und super schmackhaft) und weiteres Restaurant ebenfalls in der Nähe. Gute Verkehrsverbindung. Wir haben unser Auto erst bei der Abreise wieder benutzt, waren immer mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs. Würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Die Wände wirken ziemlich abgewohnt, da könnte etwas Farbe schnell Abhilfe schaffen. Die Heizkörper in den Bädern sind rostig (wirken dadurch etwas ekelig), auch da könnte ein neuer Anstrich helfen. Im Eingangsbereich sollte nachgebessert werden (offenstehende, nicht verschließbare Haustür fanden wir nicht so toll). Eine Garderobe fehlt (ein paar Garderobenhaken im Flur zu den Schlafzimmern könnten Abhilfe schaffen). Geschirr, Gläser, Bestecke sind zwar für 8 Personen vorhanden, wurde aber selbst bei 5 Personen schnell zum Engpass... Auch hier sollte nachgebessert bzw. nachgekauft werden, auch Bier- und Weingläser wären ganz nett. Die Plissees an den Fenstern teilweise zu schmal und defekt.

Nicht nochmal! Keine weiter Empfehlung!!!

Die Lage war super, schnell öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichbar.

Eingangsbereich sehr schmutzig. Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen nicht geeignet, Kein Esstisch, nur 3 Barhocker an einer kleinen Theke! Keine tiefen Teller, kein Topf mit Deckel, Backofen und Kühlschrank schmutzig. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer fleckig, Nachttischlampe hat nicht funktioniert. Dachfenster ließen sich nicht schließen! Zu wenig Platz für Klamotten, gerade wenn Kinder dabei sind. Da es grundsätzlich sehr schmutzig war, wäre es gut gewesen etwas sauber zu machen. Aber weder Besen noch Handfeger oder ähnliches vorhanden. Dreckecken in Badezimmer, und Schlafräumen! Der Eigentümer sollte sich seine Wohnungen mal anschauen, bevor er sie zur Vermietung freigibt!!! Eine sehr lieblos gestaltete Unterkunft, kein Bild o.Ä. was die Wohnung etwas gemütlich gemacht hätte! Die Treppe nach oben ist lebensgefährlich! Kein Geländer, abgerissene Stufenbeläge, von 12 waren noch 2 dran, der Rest abgerissen mit Kleberesten! Schade das wir keine Bilder gemacht haben!!
