Really poor standard for a lot of money. Not recommend!

Balcony, quiet location, decent host, well-equipped kitchen.

The pictures do not show the real standard of the place. The apartment was super basic, old, dark, cold and dirty. The central heating barely worked. The main lights in the room and in the hall were broken. So were the chairs and the beds. Walls and floor tiles - damaged. Mattresses and bedsheets - old and overused. There is nothing around - no restaurants, shopping centers, cinemas, bars or clubs. And it was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for this standard. Not recommend.

Pictures is not a reality

- Location is awesome, you can use one of three local trains that are going very often (every few minutes) and be in the city center in ~7 minutes. - Owner contacted us before to discuss the process of giving the keys and the time. He was there on time, though we couldn't be there, because of flight delay and got instructions how to retrieve keys from the box.

- Owner yelled at us for not being on time to handle the keys, not very nice first impression - Apartment was not clean, we found some hair, choco ball and, overall condition of an apartment is not as on pictures. There are few different apartments on pictures and as we arrived - we were not having same apartment as on the first pictures - There are two single-person beds and two "chairs" which can be converted to bed, so it's technically a flat for 3-4 people. But in reality, it is impossible to sleep on those chairs. The metal base just hurts the back/head, depending on the person's height, so much. Check pictures to see the actual condition of a flat. And this is >100 euro per night, it's ridiculous to have those prices for a flat in such condition

Terrible host

Terrible host. When I arrived at the place I found out that I had to pick up the keys from somewhere else which is fine because I didn't inform my checkin time in advance. But when I called the host asking the street name of where I needed to go to collect keys, he said some German name and was impossible for me to understand. When I asked the name twice the person started shouting then when I asked the guy to text me name of the street, he said "No I won't do that" and then he hang up the phone on me. I had to walk around the town begging German speakers to speak to the host so that I could find out where to take the keys. Balcony was dirty covered with dry bird feces. There were also some unwashed plates and pans in the kitchen. 2 single beds were fine but the sofa bed is a hell to sleep on. Metal part was hurting my back and I had to crawl half way through to lay down on it. Avoid at all cost. Just pay some extra and get a proper place where you can be treated as equals.

-Comfortable beds with clean bed linen and blankets -Spacious enough for 2 people -Most of the facilities work well -Safe -20min walk to Messe Deutz station. 35 min to Koelnmesse North entrance.

-We weren't told which flat number or floor -Hair drier doesn't work -Kettle needs to be unplugged to be filled or emptied -Kitchen access and beds have sharp corners - Balcony was covered in pigeons waste

Nothing' we liked nothing in the apartment' we never recomend to stay in that apartment

Host was not polite in communication ' he was very rude and he denied our request of checkin' we had to wait 4 hr outside the apartment. He listed that he will provide towels but he did not.. we had to purchase towels, one bed is already broken, and make noise

No estaba limpio El equipamiento era mínimo Estaba todo bastante envejecido y descuidado LO PEOR el.wifi no funcionaba porque no tenía cable de conexión a red eléctrica El check out es a las 10 que ya me parece mal pero es que a las 9:56 ya estaban llamando a la.puerta MAL
