A terrible experience that felt more like survival than a stay.

The only real advantage is the convenient location. Other than that, there was nothing particularly noteworthy.

I stayed in Cologne for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this place mainly because I needed something close to the city center. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, the room was on the ground floor — literally one step away from the street. By stepping through the window, you were basically outside. Right in front of the room there were constantly trash bins, garages, and garbage containers, which made the view and the atmosphere very unpleasant. We booked one room that was supposed to have a proper kitchen and a coffee machine, but what we received was a completely dirty room. The bathroom was disgusting, the kitchen clearly hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, there were someone else’s hairs on the bed, and even matches placed above the bed on the wall decor, which felt unsafe and disturbing. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Staying there for three days felt more like survival than a hotel stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone and honestly just want to forget this experience like a bad dream.

It’s a decent place to stay, safe and central to Köln but don’t expect it to be perfectly clean.

The room was surprisingly cool considering there was no air conditioning. The fridge is a good size, you can open the windows and it’s pretty close to a lot of things in Köln. There’s a really good Rewe nearby, too.

The bed was nicely made and clean but the surfaces in the room weren’t clean. I had to buy cleaning supplies to fix that up. Because of that I didn’t feel comfortable using the cooking facilities but I didn’t really have to.

The worst place anyone could stay, my check out is at 11am, but at 10:35am he came into my room and I started screaming to signal that someone was there and even so he came into the room and I was naked, without clothes and he started screaming and mumbling with the vacuum cleaner in his hand. On top of everything he yelled at me, I'm going to call the police or I want a refund for this crappy place, the building smells of cigarettes, there is no trash can in the bathroom or anywhere, they only provide one towel and not the floor towel, the bathroom does not have a shower holder, to enter you have to fill out a form, save it in a file and send it back to them again, very bureaucratic, but the man came into my room with me naked I'm going to sue the booking. the man kicked me out of the room at 10:35am and I was naked

That's apartment is comfortable for us. That has near the river and near the bus stop. That's amazing. So that we liket it.

Old lock resulted in getting locked out of property. Called the owner and no answer so we were in the corridor until 2 am. had to pay 150€ for a locksmith service to let us in, owner admits he saw the calls but didn’t call back and refuses to refund anything.

Small kitchen with all needed stuff, nice interior

Clogged sink, no shower gel (only a tiny piece of soap), leaking shower, confused welcome letters (there were 2 of them with different wifi connection instructions, one of which doesn't work), not great air conditioning, not the best room cleaning.

Die Lage war i.O.

Alles hätte besser sein können. Die Wohnung riecht nach Tabak und ist mit alten Möbeln von minderwertiger Qualität ausgestattet, gerade genug, um zu überleben. Das wäre kein Problem, wenn nicht alles kaputt und schmutzig wäre: Das Bettgestell ist komplett kaputt. Die Küchenmöbel sind kaputt und unbrauchbar. Es gibt nur wenige Küchenutensilien, die schmutzig sind, und zum Beispiel gab es keine Messer, nur zu große Kochmesser. Ich zeige ein Foto des schmutzigen Tellers und andere Details, die ich hier beschreibe. Auch die Toilette war schmutzig, sie hatten vergessen, beim letzten Reinigen der Wohnung die Spülung zu betätigen. Etwas Positives? Die Bettwäsche schien frisch gewaschen zu sein. Ich habe angerufen, um nach dem Internet zu fragen, und die Person, die antwortete, war nicht besonders freundlich, hat nicht einmal gegrüßt, sondern nur gesagt, dass auf der Website steht, dass es kein Internet gibt. Tschüss.

Geht überhaupt nicht

Die lage ist super

Wir haben uns für die Unterkunft entschieden obwohl wir schlechte Bewerbungen gelesen hatten. Dachten es kann nicht so schlimm sein aber es war noch schlimmer. Wir hatten das Maisonette Apartment. Das komplette Apartment hatte nach Abfluss gestunken, es war unerträglich und auch nicht zu beheben. Die Betten waren nicht frisch bezogen und eine getragene Boxershorts lag im unteren Bett noch. Der Wasserkocher ist innen verrostet. Das Appartement ist sehr verbraucht und schmutzig. Der fernseh war auch kaputt. Auf den nachttischen waren Glasabdrücke und eine benutzte Tasse stand auf dem Balkon. Wir sind echt nicht empfindlich aber dieser Aufenthalt war echt eine eklige Herausforderung

Ich habe ein 3bett zimmer gebucht, es hatte 2 better und 1 sessel zum ausziehen...da hatte nicht mal meine 7jährige drauf platz...wir mussten zu 3 im bett schalfen sehr unbequem. Im badezimmer hatte es duschtücher...ich habe sie nicht angefassst die hatten braune flecken....bei den fenstern und im bad hatt es schwarzen schimmel

Köln ist wunderschön, Apartment ein Alptraum.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr schlecht. Wenn ich ein Apartment mit Küche buche dann ja wohl weil ich etwas kochen möchte.Kein Topf da, nur eine alte verostete Pfanne .Also erstmal ein Topf gekauft.Im Bad ist die Dusche ist undicht so das man nach dem Duschen im Wasser steht.Alles sieht sehr abgenutzt aus.Es ist sehr laut auch am Sonntag und es stinkt extrem nach Rauch innen.Diese Unterkunft einmal und nie wieder!

Soggiorno di 2 giorni meravigliosi

La posizione, era a 3 minuti a piedi vicino alla fabbrica del cioccolato, e a 20 minuti a piedi per andare al duomo ma intanto nel tragitto c’era la via dello shopping. Per la pulizia era tutto pulito e ordinato.

Łazienka brudna a do tego wyciek toalety na podłogę i odpowiedni smród! Brak pilota od telewizora. Załamane łóżko. Zapach piwnicy i papierosów w dolnej części apartamentu.
