Bathroom inside the room, open shower and water leaks on the floor, thin walls, so you can hear everything from everywhere and other rooms, high price for what is offered and too much confusing messages, I got a thank you for your booking message even before arriving

Good but the checkin process could be easier and faster if people were present.

The reception was almost always empty. It was very difficult to check in and get the keys. Also my room was not ready even at 16.00.

Decent Overall

Overall, our stay was pleasant and the hotel offers a central location with decent value for money. However, there were two things that left us disappointed.

First, although I specifically requested a double bed when booking, the room had two single beds pushed together, which made the sleeping experience uncomfortable. Second, our room was located directly next to the breakfast area, which resulted in early-morning noise and made it difficult to sleep in...not ideal while on holiday. Aside from these issues, the rest of the stay was good.

Extremely bad!

My stay at the Diamond Loft Hotel in Cologne was extremely disappointing. The room was much smaller than advertised, the toilet was uncomfortably close to the bed without separations, and the entire place was filthy. The receptionist was unhelpful and suggested that the poor conditions were expected for a 'cheap hotel,' despite the €64 price tag. They even tried to trick me into accepting a smaller room or unfair conditions, and then told me to go to another branch and pay extra for a bigger room. To top it off, the photos online are from a different hotel and don't represent the actual rooms. Avoid this place at all costs!

NIGHTMARE

NOTHINGGGGGG!!

This property should be removed from Booking.com's listings. It was the worst experience I've ever had. When I arrived, the room smelled terrible—like someone had been cooking inside. I immediately reported this to the receptionist, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional, even while speaking to another staff member. They both denied there was any smell and began mocking me and laughing at my concerns. The situation escalated quickly. I lost my temper after being ridiculed and ignored. I asked to speak with the manager, but they refused at first. Another guest even witnessed how disrespectfully I was being treated, especially by a female staff member dressed in white. Eventually, the manager came, but she was dismissive and defended her staff’s behavior instead of trying to resolve the issue. After waiting over an hour, we returned to the room and found the window had been left open—so the smell had improved. The manager simply said, “Now it's fresh, you can stay.” After everything that happened, that was completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I then called Booking.com and spent over an hour on the phone trying to get help. I ended up having to book another hotel at the last minute, which was significantly more expensive. Without doing so, I would have had nowhere to go. This experience cost me time, stress, and money. I expect a full refund, including the extra amount I had to pay for the second hotel. Booking.com should urgently review this property. Continuing to list such low-quality, unprofessional places will damage your platform’s credibility.

Nice location for this price. I traveled alone and just for sleep the room was suitable - very small, but equipped with all necessary things, even fridge.

Toilet zone not separated from sleeping zone. WiFi indicated on the door was not available - doesn't matter for me, I used mobile internet.

We was near to the Central City

We came to the Hotel and the code for the main door wasn't working, we most call more tan 30 minutes before we got someone on the phone, after the Card on my room wasn't work because they forgot to abilitate it , finally after 1 our we got to the room and the toilet was open...no curtains no door, the floor was dirty with some objects from previous guests, bad smell on the floor, I don't suggest it anyone

The hotel has no reception. I had to call the operator many times, so they emailed me the phone number of the person holding the password to open the door. I found it very inconvenient. When I checked in, the room was very dirty and messy, the staff had not cleaned the room yet. I will never return to this hotel again.

The water pressure in the shower was non existent, which meant it took long time to shower. To wash hair was not an option since it would probably take days.

Die Lage man ist schnell im Zentrum

Das man ein schönes Zimmer mit getrennten Badezimmer angeboten bekommt und auch Bucht. Nur wenn man dort ankommt, bekommt man eine Abstellkammer mit Klo neben dem Bett ohne Abtrennung. Das bringt Paare auf eine ganz neue Ebene wenn man sich gegenseitig beim Geschäft zuschaut. Super hellhörig wir konnten jedes einzelne Wort von unseren Zimmer Nachbarn hören. Und auch all gemein macht es einen stark benutzen Eindruck + an der Zimmer Tür sind mehrere Schäden als hätte schon jemand versucht sie auf zu brechen... Kann dieses Hotel nicht ansatzweise empfehlen.

Beim Codekasten wäre gut ein Schild, dass man direkt nach der Eingabe weiter weg den Messingknopf drücken soll. Das ist unschädlich, weil ein Dieb ja den Code nicht kennt. Ein Hinweis Wochen vorher in einer e-mail ist zu wenig. Wunsch: ein billiger Kuntstoffbecher (ca. 5 cent) zum Einnehmen von Medikamenten und Trinken.

Ich kam nur ins Haus, weil zufällig ein Gast mich rein ließ. Die angegeben Nummer war länger nicht erreichbar, ich rief ca. 8x an. Nur mit diesem Telefonat kam ich an die Schlüsselkarte. Das Zimmer war so winzig, dass kein Stuhl oder eine andere Möglichkeit da war etwas anzulegen. Die Dusche war eklig, der Putz bröckelte. Es war sehr hellhörig. Ohne Oropax wäre nicht an Schlaf zu denken gewesen.
