Diamonds Loft Hotel Köln

Room very clean, comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Location is also very good.

Open toilet. The toilet should at least have a partition to create a seperate section for more privacy. Also floor tiles were broken (Room 303) Please get it fixed as this is hazardas and can cause accident.

Really good location

Bathroom inside the room, open shower and water leaks on the floor, thin walls, so you can hear everything from everywhere and other rooms, high price for what is offered and too much confusing messages, I got a thank you for your booking message even before arriving

Overall, our stay was pleasant and the hotel offers a central location with decent value for money. However, there were two things that left us disappointed.

First, although I specifically requested a double bed when booking, the room had two single beds pushed together, which made the sleeping experience uncomfortable. Second, our room was located directly next to the breakfast area, which resulted in early-morning noise and made it difficult to sleep in...not ideal while on holiday. Aside from these issues, the rest of the stay was good.

The room was clean with basic stuff like towels and a soap. The small fridge was very helpful. Shower worked fine. Bed was comfortable.

Quite a bit of noise gets through from the street and from the hallways of the hotel itself. Upon arrival there were multiple guests waiting for check-in and the number - which turned out to be needed to get the lockbox code - was not reachable. Only after about 15 minutes one guest was able to reach the host and then had to hand over their phone to all the other guests, so they one by one get their codes. Not sure why this wasn't handled via booking messaging system. Instead, I got multiple messages with different wifi names/passwords and was even asked how I liked my stay one day before I was supposed to arrive. A bit strange.
