Amazing value for money, great location and very clean

This apartment was very nice and cozy. The facilities were great, everything worked well and was comfortable. The location was super accessible and felt safe to walk around. There were grocery stores easily accessible and plenty of food places around as well. The host was extremely friendly, replied very quickly and was there to greet me upon check in and check out. They live just upstairs but were super unobtrusive and kind. The value for money was excellent and I would highly recommend this property to a solo traveler or a couple of people.

Having some oil in the kitchen would be helpful for cooking haha but otherwise it was very well equipped and easy to use!

Comfortable apartment and great position!

The quality-price value is excellent! The position is good, it's very close to a zone full of restaurants and fast-food, but still in a quiet street. I moved between the apartment and the Cologne's Cathedral in less than 15 min by walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Thanks!

The toilet is private but external and apart from the bathroom, but it was ok (that's probably a cultural difference between Mediterranean countries and northern Europe). The apartment was clean, but the stairs had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Great place to visit Cologne

The room is spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was fantastic. I felt cozy and safe. Nearby, there were supermarkets and shops, not to mention the monuments.

It would be nice to have more plates and a dishwasher. The stairs to the room are not very comfortable. I did not like the decor (it was rather old) and the view (to the bins) but taste is personal ;)

Me gustó todo,el apartamento perfecto cómodo y muy limpio la ubicación mejor imposible a una parada de la catedral en 10 minutos o menos estabas,y la anfitriona del apartamento nos ayudó en todo respondía al momento y todo el rato pendiente de que todo estuviese bien así da gusto!! Recomendable 100%

El alojamiento estaba perfecto, lo recomiendo bastante. Muy cerca del metro, a tan solo una parada de la Catedral. Que también puedes ir caminando unos 20 minutos. Es espacioso para una pareja dado que solo tiene dos camas. Pero está perfectamente equipado. Repetiría

Por decir algo negativo, que es lo único que no me gustó es que el baño lo tiene fuera de la habitación, pero no supone un problema. Y a modo de cambiar algo, unas cortinas que no dejen pasar la luz pues desde las 5:30 es casi de día.

Gute Lage, freundlicher Empfang. Die enge Stiege und die sehr in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung ist durch den Preis gerechtfertigt.

Unerträgliche Raumluft. Der Rauch vom unteren hat sich in der Wohnung und im Teppichboden festgesetzt. Fenster öffnen hilft nicht, da der Rauch über den geschlossenen Innenhof eindringt. Nach einer schlechten Nacht mit brennenden Augen haben wir uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht, obwohl wir 3 Tage bezahlt hatten. Kommentar der Vermieterin war „Schade“, kein Angebot einer teilweisen Rückerstattung.

Günstig und gut gelegen, aber stark renovierungsbedürftig mit deutlichem Rauchgeruch.

Vorab möchte ich positiv hervorheben das die Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war.

Ich schreibe hier etwas ausführlicher, weil ich ehrlich gestehen muss, dass ich von dieser Ferienwohnung enttäuscht war und mich durch die bisherigen Rezensionen in die Irre geführt fühlte. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Etage eines älteren Gebäudes. Von außen wirkt das Haus bereits sanierungsbedürftig, beim Betreten wird das Ausmaß noch deutlicher. Treppenhaus und Flur sind mit einem stark abgenutzten Teppichboden ausgelegt, der schätzungsweise 30 Jahre alt ist. Der gesamte Eingangsbereich ist stark vom Zigarettenrauch durchzogen, was sich auch in der Ferienwohnung selbst bemerkbar macht. Der Geruch zieht durchs ganze Haus, vermutlich auch über den kleinen Wintergarten, in dem ein Aschenbecher steht. Dieser ist nicht ausreichend vom Innenraum abgetrennt, sodass der Rauchgeruch ungehindert eindringt. Die Wohnung selbst ist funktional ausgestattet, bräuchte aber dringend eine umfassende Renovierung. Wände, Möbel, Bett und Matratzen sind in die Jahre gekommen und wirken vernachlässigt. Es muss nicht teuer sein, aber das Inventar hat seine besten Zeiten deutlich hinter sich. Auch der Teppich in der Wohnung ist fleckig und zeigt an einigen Stellen Feuchtigkeitsschäden. Die Raumaufteilung ist wenig praktisch: Um von der Toilette ins Badezimmer zu gelangen, muss man durch mehrere Räume gehen (Badezimmer – Küche – Schlafzimmer – Zwischenflur – Toilette). Fazit: Die Lage ist gut, der Preis niedrig – aber der Zustand der Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. Wer empfindlich auf Gerüche reagiert oder ein gewisses Maß an Komfort erwartet, sollte sich gut überlegen, ob diese Unterkunft das Richtige ist.

Gute Lage, super Preis!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kleiner Wintergarten sehr gemütlich. Ruhige Lage obwohl man eine Haltestelle vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit wohnt im selben Haus.

Die Toilette ist räumlich nicht in der Wohnung, sondern im Flur zur Wohnung.

Perfekte und ruhige Lage in der Innenstadt nahe der U- und S-Bahn-Haltestelle Hansaring. Hübscher kleiner Wintergarten neben der Küche. Toilette getrennt vom Bad (allerdings außerhalb der Apartment-Tür). Freundlicher Empfang und saubere Räume.

Die Einrichtung, der Teppichboden und die Installationen in Bad und Toilette bedürften dringend einer Renovierung.

Gute, zentrale und preiswerte Unterkunft

Alles was man für einige Tage benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Die Lage ist zentral und die Fusswege sind kurz, auch zum Hbf oder den umliegenden U-Bahn Haltestellen. Es ist dennoch ruhig.

Es ist ein Altbau. Mich hat das nicht gestört, wenn es mal knarrt oder quietscht.
