Beautiful flat for families

Modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable for big group of people.

The floors were not clean, we found used towels behind the door which I suppose they didn’t see… Even though the oven was brand new we were unable to use it as the fuses were jumping as soon as we would turn it on. We turned everything off in the house and the over was still pulling the fuse, we called the owner and did not give us a solution, he claimed that the oven was new and he did not know the reason for this therefore he couldn’t help.

Nice big comfortable apartment in a good location.

Great apartment in good location within 10 minute walk of train station and supermarket. Also a number of bakeries around the corner from the apartment. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Parking can be a bit tricky but we managed.

Ideally given the size and that its plumbed in for one was disappointing that there is no washing machine meant we had to waste a morning at laundromat. Other than that it was great.

Divide the usable area very well. Can live with many people without feeling uncomfortable at all. There is a table set outside the apartment. But we have very little time.

The apartment is in a very nice and quiet area with 2 minutes walking distance to the tram which put you in the centre within 20 minutes, there is a close by lidl. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything thing you need, it was cosy and we all loved it, the check-in and check-out process is seamless.

The easiness of collecting the keys and how straight forward the instructions were.

Nothing. Maybe more duvet's or blankets, as it winter is approaching and there was only a duvet for a single bed.

An sich eine solide Unterkunft. Einige Dinge müssten aber mal Instandgesetzt werden. Im Schlafzimmer hat vom Lampenschir

Die Unterkunft war groß und ausreichend ausgestattet. Auch ordentlich und weitestgehend sauber. Für mehrere Personen sicherlich praktisch. Außerdem ist die Haltestelle Efferen sowie Lidl & Rewe sehr nah.

Nach dem Aufenthalt ist der Vermieter bisher nicht mehr zu erreichen gewesen und meine Rechnung lässt auf sich warten. Daher kann ich den Aufenthalt für Geschäftsreisen nicht empfehlen.

Pobyt służbowy 2 dni dla 3 osób dorosłych. Okolica i mieszkanie ponure na parterze z oknem sypialni i salonu wychodzącym na ulicę. Łóżko pojedyncze to prycza - twarde deski i ok 12 cm gąbka, nie jest to standardowy materac, więc ciężko się wyspać dorosłemu człowiekowi. Ilość sztućców/szklanek przeliczona "na głowę". W trakcie pobytu WIFI działało tylko przez chwilę, nie dało się ściągnąć maili. Właściciel zostawia zwykły klucz w skrzynce z kodem zawieszonej na kratach okna piwnicy, nie ma zamka z kodami dostępowymi, co jest już chyba standardem w tego typu usługach i zapewnia bezpieczeństwo. Bardzo ciężko znaleźć miejsce do zaparkowania. Bolt/Uber niedostępny w tej okolicy. Właściciel (?) jest zobligowany do wystawienia rachunku zgodnie § 14 Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG) i deklaruje w ofercie, że rachunki wystawia jednak nie odpowiada na wiadomości i jak na razie nie wysłał rachunku pomimo 1-miesięcznego wyprzedzenia z prośbą i danymi do wystawienia rachunku i 2-krotnego wezwania w ciągu 5 dni po pobycie. Nie polecam wyjeżdżającym służbowo zwłaszcza przyjeżdżającym samochodem.

Schön fanden wir das neue Badezimmer, welches modern ausgestattet war. Die Lage war gut.

In der Wohnung war ein stechender unangenehmer Geruch, den wir nicht deuten konnten. Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber. Auf der Terasse lag der Aschenbecher ungeleert… Das Einzelbett im Schlafzimmer quitschte bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man so braucht.

Es war nicht so sauber wie ich es generell erwarte, wenn ich eine Ferienwohnung miete. Ich finde dann sollte alles frisch geputzt und abgestaubt sein und das war es nicht. Als sehr störend haben wir vor allem den Kanal-/ Abwassergeruch im Badezimmer empfunden.

Es war alles super! Wirklich eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Bahnhaltestelle paar Minuten Fußweg. Wir haben alle wirklich gut geschlafen, da alle Räume Rollläden haben und es schön dunkel war :)

Tolle Wohnung!

Die Lage war Klasse! Sehr sauber und gepflegt! Vermieter wurde kontaktiert,und hat sofort reagiert! Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Vor Ort waren Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und Tee . Wir haben nichts vermisst außer eine Pfanne.

Il quarto letto doveva essere aperto ed essendo tornati tardi ci siamo arrangiati senza. Il lenzuolo del quarto letto non abbiamo capito dove fosse se già nel letto chiuso o boh. Cuscino e piumino del quarto letto senza le fodere. Poi in un appartamento così grande mi sarei aspettato nella piccola stanza non un secondo wc dal momento che non c’è una finestra, ma una lavatrice
