Sehr einfach, aber das war ja auch völlig transparent. Die Gemeinschaftsduschen und Toiletten waren tiptop sauber, liegt natürlich immer auch an den Gästen, aber es war tadellos, genau wie das Zimmer. Check in etc alles über Mail, ohne pers. Kontakt, aber immer prima informiert und verständlich.
