No the best location, fine for a short stay.

The room are spacious and good number of amenities. The general and common places were clean and hardly any noice from outside or the people.

The place is very far from the city, not a good location if you want to explore Köln or just a quick access to the trains or buses. Our room was not very clean, the floor were not swept and we found the previous person’s dirt under the beds. The check in time is really unrealistic at 6pm and check out at 10am. You can request earlier but they will probably decline. It’s also expected you do at least some basic clean up before you leave. So the amount you pay is not really worth it.

Overpriced, unattractive, disappointing.

The room and public areas - showers, kitchen, toilets were clean. The room was big and light and had a huge fridge. The washing machine and dryer was free.

The building and room felt like a hospital or clinic. Bare and functional but not attractive. When I arrived in the evening the room was freezing - so cold that I ended up sleeping in my clothes. The room had minimal, low quality furniture and not even a mirror. A mirror and washbasin would have been very useful. The public showers, were like in a youth hostel, you could not direct the shower stream and no shelf to put your clothes, shoes or toileteries and only a small hook for your towel - everything got wet. The hostel is in an industrial area a long way from the centre. For 50€ it would be ok but it cost over 100€! Very disappointing!

Absolutely do not recommend this place, very loud, pests and zero security.

We didn’t feel safe there, when we went to toilet , men where banging to our toilet doors and afterwards, when we went to our room, they were following us to see where we live, and of course they were banging on our room door as well. Walls are very thin so we heard everyone and everything that was happening through the night , the room doors closes very loudly so every time someone went in or out, it was disturbing. Also the property says that you should go through the back door and press the code to get in, but all that time the front door was open and there was no need for code and nothing was “protecting” us from outside visitors. Also there were pests in our room, spoke to property management and they said that I can get a refund, which, of course I did not get.

Clean, well-appointed hostel in the outer suburbs, more for workers than holidaymakers

Clean, well-appointed hostel with individual rooms rather than the dormitories in the more central ones. It made for reasonably priced accommodation on a weekend when hotel prices across the city were crazily high.

Access is confusing if arriving on foot, as what the property calls the “front door” (accessed by a code emailed in advance) is at the back, by the car park. (There is a door at the front off the street with a form of keypad at the bottom. Ignore it.) The hostel is a 5-10 minute walk from the end of a tram line, with absolutely nothing around it other than a light industrial estate. The area is quiet at night but noise travels easily within the hostel.

Great value for money, comfortable.

Very clean, facilities everything you need, fridge in room and full kitchen with all utensils you need for cooking. Bathrooms clean, showers are very good. E-scooters to train station to get to city center can usually be found close by.

No air conditioning for very hot days but that’s not a huge issue because the warmest it would get in Koln is like 26 degrees.

my first trip to Germany...disappointing

Honestly nothing exept system of transport in the city. It was perfect.

very difficult part of the location, accommodation in relation to our culture. A lot of noise until after midnight. Shared showers and bathrooms, a terrible experience. The quality of the mattresses and sheets is very low.

Los cuartos están muy bien en relación con el precio. Es una muy buena opción para visitar Colonia

Pueden mejorar en la limpieza. En la cocina al siguiente día siempre estaba igual sin acomodar la loza y sin recoger lo de las lavadoras de plato. Eso es lo unico que mejoraría, la limpieza

Der Preis. Ein Doppelzimmer zum Preis eines Einzelzimmers. Guter Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Gute Küchenausstattung. Mikrowelle. Platz für 2 Paletten Bier im Kühlschrank (48 x 0,5 L) . Gutes italienisches Essen in der Nähe (italienische. Supermarkt)

Krakeelende Gäste aus anderen Zimmern, die unter der Woche um 3:30 Uhr lautstark gestritten haben. Restmülltonne draußen wurde in den 14 Tagen nicht geleert und roch bei geöffneten Fenster. Suspekte Gäste, die tagsüber im Flur an einem Tisch sitzen und durchgehend Medien konsumieren sowie morgens im Auto vor dem Haus, bei laufendem Motor, dies auch stundenlang taten.

Zweckmäßig, aber einmal reicht.

Sauberes Zimmer mit Aussenjalousie gegen Sonne.

Heizung volle Leistung obwohl auf * gestellt. Nicht regulierbar (evtl nur NOCH wärmer). Nur mit offenem Fenster erträgliche Temperatur herstellbar, aber im Sinne des Energieverbrauchs natürlich Unsinn. Eingangstür hinterm Haus, unbeleuchtet, daher ist das Codeschloss am Türgriff a) schlecht zu finden und b) schlecht zu bedienen. Das Codeschloss mit sehr sporadischer Erkennung der gedrückten Sensortasten, insofern viele Versuche nötig, um ins Gebäude zu gelangen.

Super Ausstattung, Lage nicht optimal

Sehr gute ausgestattete Küchen mit allen Möglichen Geräten und sehr viele Toiletten und Waschbecken zur Auswahl.

Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war nicht sehr gut und auch lag oft Müll und Tücher in den Toiletten und Duschen

Mit Abstrichen empfehlenswert.

Selbst bei der Buchung eines Einzelzimmers wird nicht eindeutig klar, dass sämtliche sanitären Anlagen ausschließlich im Gemeinschaftsbereich zu finden sind und nicht auf dem Zimmer! Wenn man sich darauf einlässt, ist die Unterkunft sauber und ausgesprochen preisgünstig mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen vor der Tür. Manchmal allerdings stören nachts laute Mitbewohner.

Lényegében szinte csak alvásra használtuk a szállást, mert a napok java részét Düsseldorf-ban töltöttük. A mi igényeinket teljesen kielégítette. Megfelelő felszereltséggel rendelkeznek a szobák. A tisztaságra nagyon figyelnek. A szállás nagyon jó volt.

値段を考えると妥当だと思います

ほかの宿泊施設に比べて値段が安くて助かりました。個室が保たれていたので助かりました。共有キッチンもあり、水筒を洗ったり細かいことができたのが良かったです。

他の利用者の声や、ドアを閉める音が深夜や早朝にも聞こえました。また、清掃が朝6時代に行われている日もあったので、音が気になりました。共有シャワーが脱衣スペースがなく、男女に分かれてもいなかったので、使用しづらかったです

Відповідає очикуванням. Велика парковка на якій завжди без проблем були вільні місця. Великий холодильник у номері. Нормальний стіл. Великий телевізор. Чистий душ на поверсі.

Заселення о 18:00, це може бути проблемою - ми чекали півтори години поки змогли зайти в номер. З пів сотні готелів я ніколи не зустрічав такого пізного заселення. Також віїзд о 10, як найраніше, бо готелі частіше мають час виїзду об 11 чи о 12 годині. Душ трохи не зручний, бо не зрозуміло куди покласти речі, окрім як зовні на підвіконні чи батареї. Розташування не в центрі, з транспортом не розібралися. Ми вирішили їхати до центру міста своєю автівкою та платити там за паркуваня.

Kein Personal, Toiletten auf dem Flur, ebenso "Unisex" also gemeinsam mit Fremden die Bäder und Waschräume, Gemeinschaftsküche, im Zimmer weder Tisch noch Stühle, keine Schränke - also außer den Betten und einem Kühlschrank NICHTS!, auch der riesige Fernseher funktionierte nicht.

Gut!!!!

Es handelt sich um ein altes Büro-Gebäude umfunktioniert in so ne Art Von Konzept Jugendherberge. Es gibt eine große Gemeinschaftsküche mit mehreren Kochstellen und Spülbecken, Spülmaschinen. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Kühlschränke sind in den Schlafzimmern, die man bucht. Es gibt separate Gemeinschaftsduschen und WC. Täglich wird alles gereinigt von einer Reinigungskraft. Sogar ein Raum mit Waschmaschine gibt es. Ins Haus und dem Schlafzimmer kommt man mit einem Zahlencode, was man ein Tag vor dem Check-In bekommt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind schlicht, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das gebuchte Zimmer hatte 2 separate Betten, 2 Nachtschränkchen, ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, eine Garderobe, den Kühlschrank, Fernseher nur zur Streamen und ein Kleiderständer mit Bügel. Für unsere Zwecke in Köln völlig ausreichend. Tolles Konzept für ein günstigen Aufenthalt. Lage war etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Ganz in der Nähe war ein Aldi. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen, wenn man es mit dem Komfort nicht so streng nimmt. Was aber gestört hat, ist, dass die Fenster den Straßenlärm nicht isoliert haben. Der Straßenverkehr war laut und deutlich zu hören. Auch die Geräusche der Mitbewohner in den Fluren war laut zu hören. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Danke!
