Some Areas Needing Attention

It had cooking gears.

Our recent stay had a few aspects that could be refined. We found the room initially lacked towels and soap. We personally prefer white bed covers for a cleaner feel, and the pillow and blanket were not the most comfortable, with the pillow having a noticeable scent. The bathroom experienced a clogged shower, and we did notice some cockroaches during our stay. Additionally, the windows were not easy to open. We hope these observations can help the property make improvements for future guests.

I I tried to find a room for three people, but they were all booked. Then we booked two double rooms. But they settled us in one double room and one triple room. I didn't understand this. we could rent one triple room, but in the end we overpaid twice. it was a shame

i received for the booking a small room with alot of dust and dirty, the smell inside was awful. i couldn’t stay there Or to sleep there. after 10 minutes there i decided to leave because i had a headache because of the smell. i told the one that is Managing the place that i don’t want to stay there and i want refund. they Said no. So i paid for nothing because i didn’t stay there. my holiday was a nightmare with alot of money lost. you can Make a disease because of that dust and inhaling that air.

We have run away after few hours

The room was cold, windows not isolated, strong stink of smoke in the corridor, no towels in the bathroom, just a duvet for the bed, creepy people in the lobby. This accomodation is absolutely not good for families or couples, just for desperate people with no other options. I do not understand why Booking keps something like that in their portfolio

Lage: mehr als 1h bis man in der Kölner Innenstadt ist (ÖPNV) Äußeres Erscheinungsbild der Unterkunft: Sehr altes, heruntergekommenes, ungepflegtes Gebäude mitten im Industriegebiet Keine Ansprechperson vor Ort, zuerst falschen Schlüssel erhalten, Zimmer: Fenster waren merkwürdig (eklig aussehend) mit Sichtschutz zugeklebt, nicht genügend Klopapier für die Aufenthaltsdauer, kaum Ausstattung (z.B. kein Fön), Schimmel im Bad, ein Loch in der Wand, wo elektrische Kontakte quasi frei lagen (!!!)

Es war alles da, was in der Anzeige war, alles was man braucht. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Es war still und keiner der Nachbarn war störend im Verhalten. Servicepersonal war freundlich. Unterkunft war gut zu erreichen.

Nachrichten mit der Unterkunft waren verwirrend. Man hat gemerkt, dass die Unterkunft schnell und günstig eingerichtet wurde. Es gab keinerlei Dekoration, um das Wohlfühlgefühl zu steigern. Das Gebäude sah von Außen nicht einladend aus.

Es hat unserem Monteur nichts gefallen.

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, teilweise Schimmel (Silikonfuge), keine Handtücher, keine Seife, nichts war vorhanden. Die Unterkunft verspricht mehr als man bekommt.

Akşamları ıssız gibi görünsede gündüz çevresinde tüm market ve restaurantlar mevcut. Ulaşım çok kolay. Sahibi türk ve sıcak kanlı her konuda yardımcı oldu. Evet merkeze biraz uzak ama dert edilcek bir durumu yok. Memnun kaldım tavsiye ederim.

Das Zimmer war sauber, einfach, nützlich und freundlich. Leider gab es weder Seife noch Handtuch. Stand aber in der Beschreibung; nur, wann bin ich das letzte Mal mit Handtüchern verreist?🥳 Die Lage? Mit dem Auto hervorragend gelegen,- ÖPNV =. Katastrophe. Eine prima Unterkunft für beruflich Reisende, die kein gut gefülltes Spesenkonto haben. Romantische Zweisamkeit? Höchstens wenn sehr schwer verliebt oder zur Geheimhaltung genötigt. 🥳

Prima voor die prijs.

Gerieflijke propere kamer, gelegen in industriepark met ruime veilige parking. Ligt buiten de milieuzone van Keulen. 10min wandelen naar tram richting Keulen centrum. Aldi, Lidl, McDonald's mediamarkt, Décathlon, restaurantjes: allemaal op 5min wandelen. Het was er rustig, veilig ook.

De uitstraling van het gebouw, uitzicht uit onze kamer aan de achterkant. 1 matras was niet ok, de andere prima.

Non è adatto per una vacanza

Bisognerebbe descrivere meglio la struttura. Non è un hotel, non offre alcun servizio, non ci sono le asciugamano ne un kit per il bagno phon compreso. All’ingresso c’è un distributore automatico di bevande e all’interno neanche una bottiglia di acqua. Is zona in cui si trova è molto isolata rispetto al centro della città.
