The location near the city 🌆

The location Good but the problem is the key 🔑 they have to put the key lockers near the Apartment doors better for the guest and easy to them , it took time to go bring the key then come back to the apartment and open the door

The place is just horrible, and they do not maintain it at all.

Everything was old, broken, and dirty. Walls with peeling paint, thin mattresses, linen with holes, a toilet emitting a urine smell, crumbling furniture, and a clogged bathroom. I don't understand how this is possible; the place is just horrible, and they do not maintain it at all.

Not far from train station to centrum, shop is near

Dirty kitchen, WC, only 2 mugs i 3 persons room, small, dirty WC, old, dirty frying pan and the small electric stove was not only old but did not heat up properly making frying very difficult.

They could at least speak a little english so we could pick up the key.

The entire building was garbage. You could hear 3 stories up and down people walking. We had to disassemble one bed and sleep on matress on the floor bc the bed had a dip in it. All the inventory was below 20 year old ikea standards. The "balcony" was very filthy. The under neighbor came up 2/3 days and said we were loud even though we litterally just sat at the table playing cards and talking, no music or loud talk or anything. Would absolutely not recommend this appartement.

very bad reception: you have to pick up the keys 30 minutes away from the apartment , not clean and ugly stuff the bathroom so small and dark , the beds are bad quality ,the drapes is too small and short to make it dark at night. vers bad communications with the rental company , horrible 😡

Good location flat

There is the very nice locatian , 2 station near Bonn Airport, 1 station near to Messe, near to Lidl supermarket , free parking outside, nice neighbors, secırity is fine but flat was 1. Flour, and balcony doors not nice closing but okey. 100m newr to train station

The windos are not close well, smells buthroom, not enough ligts , iron was not works, kitchen equpments not cleans well, bad s are not enough comfortable some of them new , curtain not enogh and not clean, the wals dirty .

The position is perfect, next to the market and 5-minute away from the station. The host was very kind.

L'appartamento andrebbe ristrutturato, soprattutto bagno e cucina. Il balcone non agibile, era sporco. Siamo dovuti andare a prendere le chiavi in un'altra zona di colonia, davvero molto scomodo. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Horroroso e incómodo

Ya sido una experiencia pésima., el apartamento estaba en un barrio un poco complicado, pero cerca del metro, al menos, hemos pasado miedo por las noches El apartamento es muy viejo y no sé ajusta a la realidad de las fotos. 2 camas rotas con colchones muy deformados.

No nos gustó ni la cocina que apenas funcionaba, microondas no calienta ni siquiera a máxima potencia, el baño con el lavabo y una pequeña estantería rota,, la ducha atascada y con una cortina que estaba muy sucia, la nevera sin apenas enfriar y un espacio mínimo para moverse por la estancia principal y, por supuesto, sin sofá cama y en la agencia sabían que íbamos 3 adultos. Imposible dormir en dicho sofá.

Es war eine ruhige Wohnung, aber die Ausstattung war nicht positiv.

Die Unterkunft liegt gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Die Buslinien 153 und 159 bringen einem schnell an die nächsten S- und U Bahnen.

Für den verlangten Preis darf man sehr wohl erwarten, dass sich die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand befindet: Toilette / Dusche: Der Duschvorhang ist versifft. Das Furnier an der Toilettentüre löst sich von Feuchtigkeit. Kein Abroller für das Toilettenpapier. Keine Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen! Das vorhandene Waschbecken weist Risse auf. Die vorhandene alte Armatur am Waschbecken, lässt sich nicht mehr leicht bedienen. Die Duscharmatur lässt sich wegen defekter Duschstange nicht mehr befestigen. Kochnische: Der vorhandene Wasserkocher und eine 3er Steckdosenleiste entsprachen nicht den gesetztlichen Vorgaben, so ragt das Kabel aus dem Wasserkocher und der Schaltknopf an der Steckdosenleiste ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist für drei Personen buchbar, es befinden sich jedoch lediglich nur zwei Tassen in der Wohnung. Der lose verlegte PVC-Boden, hebt sich beim saugen an und verschieb sich. Wohnbereich: Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine weitere Liege, welche einen defekten Fuß hat. Somit ist diese Liege nicht nutzbar. Man bekommt den Eindruck, dass hier eine leichte Entsorgung der Liege in diese Wohnung erfolgte. Die vorhandenen Gardinen, verdunkeln nicht die gesamte Fensterfront und ein Gardinenteil ist aus der Schienenleiste gebrochen. Zusammenfassung der Mängel: In der gesamten Wohnung gibt es keine Möglichkeit Hemden, Handtücher o. ä aufzuhängen. Einzige Ausnahme stellt eine Garderobenleiste im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung dar. Auch wenn es sich im eine Handwerkerwohnung handelt, sollte das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmen.

Comodo appartamento non lontano dal centro con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, anche considerato il periodo di carnevale. Dista solo 4 fermate di tram dal centro di Colonia o 30 minuti a piedi. Dalle valutazioni basse mi aspettavo un appartamento disastrato ma invece era comodo e ben arredato. Subito fuori dall'appartamento ci sono diversi parcheggi e c'è un supermercato della Lidl che per le nostre esigenze era comodissimo. I letti comodi, riscaldamento e acqua calda funzionano benissimo.

Penso che le valutazioni basse degli altri utenti siano dovute alla distanza del luogo dove ritirare la chiave, che si trova in un altro quartiere e se non si è in auto può essere un po' difficoltoso. Oltretutto le cassette delle chiavi sono un pò nascoste dietro a un muro, sopra i bidoni della spazzatura nella discesa che porta ai garage. Il quartiere dove si trova l'appartamento è un quartiere popolare frequentato da numerosi stranieri ma non pericoloso. Sarebbe opportuno mettere una scopa e degli stracci per poter lavare il pavimento.
