Very good and clean efficiency apartment. The communication about check in was done in the day prior which could have been better. Minor issues that need some upkeep but overall a good solid rental. No major surprises and everything was usable as expected.

My family and I (3 adults and one 15yr old) comfortable stayed in the apartment for 5 nights and wished we had stayed longer. The facilities were excellent even in the heat wave and the tram stop 1 min up the road made it very easy to get into Koln city centre within 20 minutes. The beds and shower were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a small balcony which gave a lovely view into the distance as the apartment was in the 3rd floor. Also there was a drying rack to allow our freshly washed clothes to dry that didn’t go into the dryer. The owner (Arndt) spoke perfect English and was very helpful before and during the stay. There was rentable parking outside the block through Ampido which was straight forward to book.

Without instructions on how to meet the property manager we were 7 minutes late., as we were standing outside waiting. He was angry, condescending and rude. It ruined a trip I have waited 30 years to take my children on.

The apartment was in good order when we arrived, clean and with everything you needed. Local bars were friendly and nice food. No 12 tram straight in to the town every 10 minutes, 200 yards away.

Great location 2 minute walk to streetcar 12 that will take you to a stop that connects you with the 18 to cologne HBF at then Dom. the apartment was clean and comfortable and well appointed with cutlery and plates that one my need to entertain. TV had basic channels and wifi worked great. only complaint was the loudness of the other people in the building in the stairway, some night people came home very late and on one specific occasion a lady came to clean the stairs at 7:15am and woke up the entire building by her horrific banging with the mop/broom she was using. That is something that shoud be brought to the main building operators attention as we were still very jet lagged and with 2 small kids and this woke us up after little rest. otherwise no complaints great apartment close to bakeries and shopping and street cars. thanks again
