Very good and clean efficiency apartment. The communication about check in was done in the day prior which could have been better. Minor issues that need some upkeep but overall a good solid rental. No major surprises and everything was usable as expected.

My family and I (3 adults and one 15yr old) comfortable stayed in the apartment for 5 nights and wished we had stayed longer. The facilities were excellent even in the heat wave and the tram stop 1 min up the road made it very easy to get into Koln city centre within 20 minutes. The beds and shower were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a small balcony which gave a lovely view into the distance as the apartment was in the 3rd floor. Also there was a drying rack to allow our freshly washed clothes to dry that didn’t go into the dryer. The owner (Arndt) spoke perfect English and was very helpful before and during the stay. There was rentable parking outside the block through Ampido which was straight forward to book.

Without instructions on how to meet the property manager we were 7 minutes late., as we were standing outside waiting. He was angry, condescending and rude. It ruined a trip I have waited 30 years to take my children on.

The apartment was in good order when we arrived, clean and with everything you needed. Local bars were friendly and nice food. No 12 tram straight in to the town every 10 minutes, 200 yards away.

Great location 2 minute walk to streetcar 12 that will take you to a stop that connects you with the 18 to cologne HBF at then Dom. the apartment was clean and comfortable and well appointed with cutlery and plates that one my need to entertain. TV had basic channels and wifi worked great. only complaint was the loudness of the other people in the building in the stairway, some night people came home very late and on one specific occasion a lady came to clean the stairs at 7:15am and woke up the entire building by her horrific banging with the mop/broom she was using. That is something that shoud be brought to the main building operators attention as we were still very jet lagged and with 2 small kids and this woke us up after little rest. otherwise no complaints great apartment close to bakeries and shopping and street cars. thanks again

Fantástica estancia en apartamento 1. Muy confortable y acogedor. Bien situado, a menos de 5 minutos de la parada de tranvia más cercana. muy buenas vistas y bien equipado (menage de cocina, despensa elemental, lavadora, secadora, secador de pelo, calefacción muy confortable, y colchones muy cómodos). Apto para 4 - 6 personas adultas. Realmente muy recomendable. Única pega que no hay ascensor !!

Have just returned from staying in Apartment 2. It was exactly as shown in the pictures, being clean and well presented. We were met by Frau Vetter who answered any questions we had. The apartment is opposite the tram stop as stated and as a family of 5 we bought a ticket on the tram for €11.10 daily for unlimited travel to and from the centre. With 2 supermarkets and bakerys within walking distance it is well located. Have been to Cologne many times and usually stay in a hotel, but over the years has got more expensive. It was spacious and well equipped.It was also convenient for shops and supermarkets - 25 mins by foot into the centre (but with a tram stop right outside if we didn't fancy walking).The owner was very helpful and gave us all we needed to get around the city.Personally I would have preferred it to be a bit cosier with carpets rather than hard floors and maybe some more colour but that's just my preference. All in all it was brilliant and I would happily stay there again next time I'm in Cologne.

This apartment was very comfortable and had everything we wanted. It was spacious and well equipped. This was my second visit to Cologne - and it was made so much better by staying in this lovely apartment, rather than a hotel. It is situated just outside of the main city - but within walking distance - about 20 minutes to the catherdral. Parking is easy and available off the street outside. The apartment is quiet and comfortably furnished and very spacious - and has a small balcony. Please do not be put off by the exterior - as it is in a modern block. We were welcomed by the owners mother, who was very friendly and helpful - despite my lack of German. There are 2 supermarkets locally - and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery. I would certainly recommend this as a base for a few days.

This is an ideal place to stay if you have a car as you can park right outside the block. The tram and train links are very frequent and will take you to the centre very quickly, but my husband and I chose to walk to the centre of Cologne which took us 20 minutes. The apartment is bright, spacious and modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean and Frau Vetter was most kind and helpful. We would certainly return if we visit Cologne again.

Being in Cologne on business for a week this was an ideal apartment to come back to in the evenings. The location was good - parking and tram links were excellent. A nearby Aldi and larger supermarket provided all my needs. It was quiet. Spotlessly clean and with all the facilities I needed. Wireless internet access on a new router was fast and efficient. My landlady went out of her way to be helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen, wobei das Schlafzimmer mit den drei Betten zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung und persönliche Gegenstände bietet. Das Bad ist sauber und dank des Fensters gut zu lüften, die Duschwanne ist komfortabel. Die Küche verfügt über ausreichend Küchenutensilien, die wir jedoch nur teilweise genutzt haben, da wir nicht gekocht haben. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Straßenbahnanbindung in die City ist top. Wir konnten trotz angekipptem Fenster gut schlafen, obwohl die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus vorbeifährt.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer recht stark befahrenen Straße und direkt vor der Tür fährt etwa alle 10 Minuten die Straßenbahn entlang. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man schnell in die Innenstadt fahren kann, der Nachteil ist, dass es dadurch recht laut ist. Auch die ganze Nacht hindurch. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach vorne raus, mit geschlossenem Fenster geht es. Nach hinten raus ist es ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick ins Stadion und ins Grüne. Das Mobiliar ist ziemlich zusammengewürfelt, das macht die Wohnung ein wenig ungemütlich. Die Wohnung könnte sauberer sein. Sie wirkte insgesamt etwas schmuddelig und auch verwohnt, eine ordentliche Grundreinigung und frische Farbe wären mal wieder nötig. Allerdings waren wir viel unterwegs und haben uns nicht so viel in der Wohnung aufgehalten, damit war es in Ordnung. Leider musste ich auf die Rückzahlung meiner Kaution 10 Tage warten, obwohl schon am Abreisetag offensichtlich in der Wohnung alles in Ordnung war. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Der Kontakt und die Übergabe der Wohnung verliefen freundlich und unkompliziert.
