Our beautiful, bright apartment in western Cologne is ideal for business travelers, tourists, and families with children thanks to its excellent transportation connections, room layout, and on-site amenities. Our charming apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and features approximately 120 square meters of living space divided into 3 rooms: In addition to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, you’ll find a large and cozy living room, one family room, and one maisonette room. To ensure relaxing and restful nights, both the family room and the maisonette room are furnished with comfortable Henson Design box-spring beds. The family room also features a comfortable pull-out daybed (80–160 x 200). In the maisonette room, a lovingly designed raised platform offers another cozy retreat with sleeping accommodations for two people (160 x 200). The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather couch, a large dining table, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. A large balcony offers you the perfect spot to relax. In addition to a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bathtub, the apartment features an additional guest restroom.

The property was very clean and was perfect for our group (middle-aged couple with our two adult children). The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the view from the living room. The train station and markets were a short walk through the quiet neighborhood. We interacted with several of the building neighbors whom were all very nice; one of which stopped to offer help regarding getting train tickets. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process; from questions prior to our stay, checking in, as well as after we departed. We highly recommend this property and will certainly stay again if our travels bring us back to Köln.

Stunning, huge appartment. More beautiful than pictures show. High ceilings and huge rooms! The train station and grocery shopping is in walking distance:)

This property is on the 4th floor with no elevators; not good at all for senior citizens. It is not in Cologne at all, it is in Frechen. The washer and dryer are not in the unit, but in the basement. There was no one to let us when we arrived; although that could have been our fault because we did not download the app and supposedly instructions for finding the keys were sent via the app. A lovely space for younger people who also have a car.
