The apartment is very beautiful, well equipped and placed in a perfect location. Near the shops, train station. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet neighborhood. And a very large balcony with a nice view, perfect to enjoy the morning coffee. We appreciated the dishwasher machine. Overall we had an excellent stay.

It wasn't anything not to like. But for longer stays a washing machine (for clothes) would have been useful. And also a better ventilation system in the bathroom.

Nice room in very good location

Nice locstion just 5mins walk to tram and supermarket. Nice room very confortable, with garden view, enough space for dining and sofa. Better than a hotel room

Amazing stay in a cosy apartment

The apartment was in a great location. A short 5 minute walk to the tram stop, then 20 minute tram to the city centre. There is a local grocery store that is a 2 minute walk and a shipping centre that is 7 minute walk. The apartment itself was great, maybe not as spacious if you have 5 people staying however very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and nice to relax in if the weather permits. I Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay but conditions and fees too onerous for me to recommend it. No washing machine.

Host was helpful. Apartment was comfortable and easy access to city and parking was good.

The advertisement stated that we had a washing machine, which it didn't, and this was our major reason for booking this apartment. The hosts required payment in full 60 days before we arrived, or our booking would be cancelled and wouldn't accept credit card - it had to be PayPal or a bank transfer which was a bit of a pain. They charged for bed linen at what I thought was a high cost. Over 5 weeks of Europe travel and 18 bookings this was the only one that had these conditions and this tainted our stay.

Superb

A great quite and cozy place! Big thanks to Thomas who met us very late at 1a.m. at night 🙏🏻 Please keep in mind the late check-in costs 60€. Hte appartments has everything for the comfortable stay. the kitchen is big and great. But my favorite is the backyard small garden 🪴 It’s north side of the building and the inside temperature is absolutely fine even at night when it was +30 at the daytime. Very nice and cute place!

Comfortable and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. The apartment we stayed in had a garden and a winter garden! There’s a big Shopping Mall at 5 min walk from the apartment, a supermarket at 2 min walk. Would love to visit again in future.

Very good location if come with your own car, there is a private parking for free, tram station just nearby. Space apartment with a big bed, you have everything you need, nice kitchen and garden, very calm

Fantastic apartment

Everything else was fantastic, starting from cleanliness, over the furniture, appliances, garden, security and quite neighbors. Only few minutes to the nearest transport. This was probably one of my best choices among many in the past. Thank you very much.

Containers were locked, and I didn't have keys but had to share with my colleges. Requirements about cleaning before leaving - when I pay, I want to be fully served. However, I kept everything nice and clean, so no problems for me at the end. However, some people might have problem with this.

Very poor experience. Booking.com should do some research before putting up such properties on web.

First of all, the owner changed the property without pre-informing us. We made the payment 4 months back but didn't get what was expected. We booked a ground floor apartment with garden but they gave apartment in another building on 2nd floor. We had to carry our heavy luggage all the way upstairs. Also the allotted apartment was very far from the one booked.

Wohnung für Kurzzeitaufenthalt und für Messebesucher geeignet.

Die Lage in der Nähe des öffentlichen Verkehrs (Strassenbahn 1), welche direkt zur Köln Messe fährt. Für Messebesucher die nur kurz in der Wohnung sind geeignet.

In der Wohnung hat es kein Duschmittel und sonst gar keine Lebensmittel wie zBsp. ein Teebeutel für die Ankunft oder wenig Salz. Wenn man an einem Sonntag anreist wie wir muss man solche Sachen unbedingt mitnehmen. Die Wohnung ist ca. 20 Minuten mit der Strassenbahn von der Innenstadt entfernt!

Von A bis Z war alles überragend, auch der Patkplatz in der Paralellstraße tat dies keinen Abbruch. Super Anbindung an Linie 1

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt für eine Städtetour mit Stadionbesuch.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und bequem. Wir haben super geschlafen. Auch das Kind hatte ein richtiges Bett. Sie liegt verkehrsgünstig und hat, nur ein kurzes Stück entfernt, einen zugehörigen Parkplatz, so dass man alles weitere mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unternehmen kann (keine 5 min. Fußweg zur Linie 1, das Stadion ist nur 4 Stationen entfernt). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch reichlich in der Nähe, so dass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann.

Das Bad ist sehr klein. Wer mehr Platz für seine Beine benötigt, findet es auf Toilette vielleicht etwas zu eng. Am Waschbecken und in der Dusche ist ein normales Platzangebot. Dies betrifft allerdings nur die Wohnung, die wir gemietet hatten. Der Vermieter bietet mehrere an.

Prima locatie voor een tussenstop of bezoek Phantasialand

De ligging. Dichtbij winkels en bezienswaardigheden. Goed bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg. Daarnaast is het fijn dat er rolluiken zijn (donker om te slapen).

Slaapbank was niet echt comfortabel. Was voor ons te hard en de 2 slaapplekken liggen ongelijk t.o.v elkaar.

Schöne Wohnung mit Bahnanbindung

Die Wohnung liegt in Weiden und ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Der Parkplatz ist nicht weit entfernt und es gibt ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr schön ist auch der Garten.

irritierend war die Tatsache, dass man die Betten selbst beziehen musste und in der Wohnung die für 4 Personen gebucht war, man die Bettsachen und das Gästebett selbst richten musste

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie na 2 pietrze, z garazem. Lokalizacja w cichej okolicy okolo 30min jazdy tramwajem nr 1 od centrum. Dobrze skomunikowana okolica. 5min pieszo do centrum handlowego gdzie zjesz pyszne kanapki lub pelne sniadanie. 5 min pieszo do przystanku tramwaju lub 15min do stacji pociagu. Wygodne lozka. Maksymalna liczba gosci 4 osoby.
