Great location in a safe, walkable neighbourhood with a clean, comfortable flat

The location was great, the neighbourhood was safe and everything you wanted is within walking distance. The flat was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Perfect for a few nights stay. I enjoyed my stay.

A few people have mentioned this, but getting into the flat can be tricky. If you don’t have a phone, you won’t be able to stay here and if you lose your phone, you’re stuck. If you’re staying over a Saturday, bring earplugs. There’s a nightclub nearby, and the bass thumps through the walls until morning. Otherwise during the other days my room was very quiet. It would also be nice to have at least some shower gel or a small bottle of shampoo for guests staying only a couple of days.

Nicht am Wochenende!

Modern. Gute Austattung und Schliesstechnik. Zimmergröße wie in einem Hotel passt für kurzen Aufenthalt.

Bett und Bettdecke für 2 Personen zu klein. Nur ein Kopfkissen???? Am Wochenende bis 4 Uhr morgens abnormaler Radau (Trittschall transportiert die Bässe einer im Keller liegenden Diskothek über alle Wände bis ins Bett. Ätzend!) Wir hatten das Appartment 21 im ersten OG!

Gutes apartment Zimmer, inakzeptabeler umgang

Gute lage, sehr zentral und großes Apartment

Haben keine zugangsdaten für die virtuelle zimmerschlüssel bekommen um aufzuschließen, es hieß dann dass die IT probleme hat und man aktuell keinen digitalen Schlüssel herstellen könne. Wir sollen doch bitte die hotline anrufen die dann nach längerer warteschleife einem jedes mal die tür aufschließt. Inakzeptabel.

L'appartement 21 est lumineux et même s'il est minimaliste, il est joli. Très calme avant 22h. Sachez qu'il n'y a ni accueil physique ni clé. Il faut avoir un téléphone et du réseau pour ouvrir les portes. Le service client a été très à l'écoute, rapide et efficace pour traiter ma réclamation. Je les en remercie.

Je recommande seulement si vous vivez la nuit et dormez le jour : une boîte de nuit jouxte l'appartement. La musique est si forte et les basses si puissantes que même les murs vibrent. Invivable. Sachez qu'il y avait un satyre dans un des appartements en face. Tirez bien les rideaux à la nuit tombée. J'ai décidé de partir avant la fin de mon séjour.

Extrem enttäuschend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise.

Location

Mein Aufenthalt war eine große Enttäuschung. Der Komfort war praktisch null. Schon beim Betreten schlug mir ein extrem übelriechender Kanalgeruch entgegen, der den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm machte. Die Küchenausstattung war minimal: nur ein kleines Glas, keine Tassen, kein Wasserkocher, kein Salz oder Öl. Die Bilder auf Booking.com entsprachen überhaupt nicht der Realität. Der Boden war eiskalt, ein Teppich wäre dringend nötig gewesen. Insgesamt war das Apartment absolut überteuert, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise. Für zwei Nächte Ende Oktober habe ich 260 Euro bezahlt – das war völlig unangemessen.

Gute Unterkunft mit Potenzial

Tolle Größe und super Lage fast direkt am Friesenplatz. Bequeme Betten. Unkomplizierter Check In per Mail.

Sehr wenig Küchen Ausstattung. Keine großen Kaffeetassen, Weingläser, Flaschenöffner, Salatschüssel, Pfanne, da geht auf jeden Fall noch etwas mehr. TV empfängt nur 3 Sender. Im Hof ist Mülltrennung, im Apartment gibt es aber nur einen Mülleimer für alles.

Muy recomendable

Experiencia muy buena!! Es muy acogedor, con mucha luz natural y una cama cómoda. Había leído en comentarios anteriores que faltaban algunos utensilios y cosas domésticas (tipo pastillas de lavavajillas), pero han tomado en cuenta esas recomendaciones y ahora está todo perfectamente equipado. El barrio tiene mucho ambiente, hay muchos restaurantes y bares cerca y un supermercado a dos calles. Buena comunicación también!

Nos tocó el ático y habían muchas escaleras, no hay ascensor (por si alguna persona tiene alguna dificultad física).

Trotz Anruf wurde Fernsehgerät Problem nicht behoben. Mangelnde Ausstattung von Geschirr. Gläser fehlten , sowie Kanne für Tee oder Kaffee. Wolldecke wäre auch schön gewesen.

für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung

Der rein kontaklose Zugang zur Unterkunft mit entsprechend flexibler Anreise war sehr angenehm, auch eine Rückmeldung zur Fragen im Vorfeld erfolgt rasch. Auf den ersten Blick macht die Unterkunft einen ansprechenden Eindruck, Handtücher, Küchenartikel (Spülmittel, Tabs, Handtuch) und Bad-Artikel sind vorhanden, auch ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk erwartet den Gast (Wasser, Softdrink und Kaffekapseln). Um die Ecke im Parkhaus gibt es einen Wochenendetarif für Touristen, der sehr zu empfehlen ist, da die Parksituation recht eingeschränkt ist.

Ich hätte mir eine gründlichere Reinigung gewünscht, es war nicht dreckig, aber leider recht oberflächlich geputzt. (auf einem Stuhl befanden sich Haare, nach Barfußlaufen hatte ich Schmutz an den Füßen). Als unschön haben wir auch die Discothek empfunden, die im Rückgebäude untergebracht ist. Mir war das bei Buchung nicht klar, ein deutlicherer Hinweis wäre empfehlenswert, da der Lärm recht störend ist.

Früher sicher mal eine schöne Unterkunft, leider mittlerweile sehr abgenutzt und lieblos.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Ring, dadurch aber auch an den Wochenende sehr laut. Ein Haus weiter befindet sich ein Club, dass sollte man wissen.

Leider ist die Wohnung sehr abgenutzt und sieht nicht mehr so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Kühlschrank hat sehr gestunken und generell war ein komischer Geruch wahrzunehmen. Ganz sauber war es leider auch nicht.
